MAYA
For the first time, I could think, I wasn't drugged and I knew weeks had gone past. Acting crazy or trying to fight him was not the best plan, every time the drugs wears off they would inject me again. But not today. Today, I didn't attack anyone; when the guards came in to check on me I smile at him, when he came to drop my breakfast, I thanked him. My first thought was Kai. Where was he? What was he doing? Does he hate me for keeping him away from his father?
I stare blankly at the stones grey wall, unaware of where I was or what time it was. The only thing in this room was a table, a bed, a couch and a bathroom. I was grateful for the bathroom, I was filthy and needed a wash. With no clean clothes or underwear, I had to wear the clothes I had; except the underwear. The heavy metal door opens, expecting the guard I stayed seated on the couch but when the shiny black shoes stepped in I knew it wasn't the guard.
