(Beatris POV)

"Nothing ! What do you mean nothing......... You guys had the whole Christmas break and you are telling me that you found nothing at all" Right now we were in the great hall having our lunch and Hermione was giving us a piece of her mind.

"I never knew that someone could be so useless" Hermione said

"Then why don't you try and find it yourself. I bet the great Hermione Granger can find it in a moment, Right?" Ron was getting annoyed

"Stop it both of you. Sometimes I feel like that I am the old one in this situation. Why do I always have to resolve your issues" I snapped at the both of them. "I can't believe that I am saying it Hermione but for the first time Ron is right."

"Hey I am sitting here you know" Ignoring him I ccontinued

"We looked for it every night and I even looked in the restricted section. But we could not find a thing"

"The question is, Now what" Hermione asked

"I don't know" Ron shook his head

"You guys think we should ask him. He did help us at the Troll incident so maybe he'll help us ......." But we never let Hermione complete her sentence and the both of us shouted at the same time

"NO"

"Okay okay I get it no need to shout"She raised her hands in like a defensive position. Then staring at us awkwardly she asked "Did something happen that I should know about"

Flashes of the past week came into my mind. The mirror, The attack, The slap and every thing and both me and Ron said at the same time again

"No"

"O.k.a.y." Hermione said to us. "So Nathan is out of the question right?"

"Yes" The both at the same time again

"then that leaves the question. What to do now ?" We all started to think for a possible solution.

"Hey what are you all doing"

"Hey Fred Hey George"

"Hey everyone"

"How is your preparation" I winked and they both gave me a thumbs up

"Splendid. You will see it in some time" they both grinned. "Have these the three of you" They handed us some kind of pills. "eat them. It's the antidote"

We took the pills with a thanks

"Why ya all look so loomy" Asked George

"We are stuck. There is something we wanna find out about and we have checked about a hundred books but we can't find it" I replied kind of frustated

"Sorry mates but we can't help ya there. Why not ask the Swan" Fred said

"The who?" The three of us said in a union

"The swan ........ wait don't tell me you guys don't know about it"

"Should we" Hermione asked nervously

"Well yeah. It's probably the most famous thing in the school. How can you not know about it"

"Really, then tell us"

"The Mischievous Swan of the Lions. MSL for short. She is the most promised student"

"Why haven't we ever heard of her"

"We don't know"

"Tell us who is she" I asked Desperately

"Anastasia Morningstar of course. Who else"

(Of course it would be her. Why did I even think for a moment that it would be someone else)

"The Mischievous Swan of the Lions ? seriously. Who thought of this name ? "Hermione asked sarcastically.

"Don't know bout that. But it suites her personality perfectly" Said George

"She is a prankster so Mischievous . and the word swan came from her cheerfull personality and her looks. I say it is quiet a fitting name" Said Fred

"So ......... can she tell us what we wanna know ?"

"you wanna know something, You go to the swan that's what the seniors say." Fred made a statement

"She is the best student Hogwarts had seen since it's founding." George added to Fred's statement

"She is that good ? And I thought that Nathan was the best"

"Nathan ? I donknow about him. Is he also good at every subject" Fred asked

"No ?" Hermione replied. and I had to say I was shocked

"What do you mean no. He is clearly the best of the year" I said to her

"You may have not noticed but I have seen it. He is always ahead of me in every class but when it comes to wand movements, I have him beat. And he is also bad at History" Hermione said feeling quiet self satisfied

"I never knew you paid him that much attention" A wide grin made its place on my lips ."Oh my, could it be that you have fallen in ......... "

"Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. " She swung her hands forward turning red. "Ther has been no falling at all. Nope , none so just drop it"

how cold I drop such a good chance at payback.

"Really.you are telling me you pay attention to a boy that much and you haven't fallen in love. Seems like a vague claim" I chuckled

"No no no no no. I haven,t fallen in love you four eyed pea brain. I just pay attention to my competitors. That is all" She was like a tomato at this point.

"Hmm dosn't seem that way to me"

"Shut up. *ahem* so can Ana tell us what we want to know" Hermione quickly changed the subject

"yeah if she can't , then no one can't"said George firmly but also trying to hide his laughter. Hermione glared at me and I just chuckled in response.
