The bandana could still be worn, and players could choose between wearing it on the inside or the outside of the mask.
Lu Li decided to wear it inside the mask and only wear it outside when he needed to hide his identity.

Special Effect 2: Icy Veins, Your mind is as calm as ice. When activated, become immune to psychological crowd control effects such as Fear. Special Effects 3: When user critically strikes opponent consecutively, your third attack has a 10% chance to deal the combined damage of your previous two attacks. Requires level 40.
