To the park!

.... "Hey girl, you sure Ethan is taking us to a good place or you are going to kidnap me", mom said. "Oooh come on mom! How could Ethan do such a thing. Don't worry much. You got me😊😍". I said placing my little baby hands around mom. "I heard you Kerley". Ethan drove us to the park and to my surprise the car ahead of us was Ethan's parents car. At the parking lot l saw a familiar car. It looked like Justin's. "Ethan isn't that Justin's car?" I asked. "Umm l don't know but it looks familiar. Let me check the number plate", he said walking towards the car.

"Hey Kerley, woe! This place is so beautiful. Am sure you loved it because of the nature", mom said taking out her phone to take some pics. "Hey babe, Justin is here", Ethan said. "Um-m ...how come he is here? Did you told him about the plan?", l asked "Of course not. I made this plan for you. You know very well that Justin and l aren't reconciled yet". "Okay. I get it Ethan." We took out our bags and places them in the thatched house.

"Hey babe, this is Elizabeth my big sis". "Nice to meet you Elizabeth, am Kerley". "Nice to meet you too Kerley". "Kerley is this you?!" a beautiful lady said. I stare at her admiring her everything. From the hair, skin, voice, structure. Just everything about her is awesome. "Ooh Kerley this is my mom", Ethan said. "Hello Mrs Jordan", i greeted her giving the best smile l could make. "How are you Kerley. You look so gorgeous", Mrs Jordan said. "Thank you Mrs Jordan". "Nah sweetheart, you call me Hannah. And this is my husband Thomas". "Hello sir. Nice to meet you. Am Kerley." "Hello cupcake, nice to meet you too".

Meeting the Jordan family was something l never dreamt of. No wonder why Ethan is so great. He come from a well valued family. His dad is the president of the J Group company and also the owner of our school. Not to mention, Hannah is a hardworking lady. Though her husband owns companies she also runs her own businesses. She is the founder of the Successful Youth Organization. This family is so rich and l felt uncomfortable. My mom is just a single parent who works as the manager at the same company dad worked as a CEO.

It was just embarrassing seeing mom and l sitting on a big table with a rich family like the Jordan. "So Mrs Marcus how is your husband and business"?, Hannah said. Ethan tried his best to kick his mom under the table but it didn't work. Mom took a deep breath and opened her mouth but only air came out. "Umm excuse me", mom said leaving the table. I couldn't blame her. This is something she kept to herself for a long time. "Umm mom! Didn't l just kicked you under the table?" Ethan asked. "Don't raise your voice to me young man! Does kicking my leg means anything to me, haa?" Hannah asked. "Am sorry Mrs Jordan. I should have not joined you at the first place", l reasoned. "Can someone just explain what is going on here?" Mr Jordan asked confused.

"Well mom, dad and Eliz, am sorry l couldn't tell you this. Mom you should have not asked that question. Mrs Marcus and Kerley---... umm-m lost Mr Marcus in a car accident. Kerley also lost her sis. Am sure that's the reason why Mrs Marcus failed to answer your question", Ethan explained. "Oooh my poor baby Kerley, am so so sorry about that", Mr and Mrs Jordan said. "Its okay", l lied.

At night Ethan pulled me to his room when l was heading to the dining room. "Ethan stop it!" I said. "Hey, you cant go to the dining room unless you want to be embarrassed again". Hearing that l relaxed. I sat on his bed and he offered me some fries with sourse.

"Justin, you know that Ethan and Kerley are here. When are we going to meet them. I just cant live like this anymore", Hailey explained. "I know , i know. I will have to talk to Ethan first. Am sure he had some planned schedules", Justin said.

Saturday:

Ethan and l were sitting under the shade near the pool. Mom was hanging out with Hannah and Elizabeth. Thomas is a business man, he had few time for refreshing.

"Excuse me", l voice behind us said. The voice sounds familiar with Hailey's. Ethan and l looked back and to my surprise it was that old couple, Hailey and Justin. I just didn't know how to react. 'Should l ignore them, should l slap them, should l hug them', all these were battling in my head. So l choose the best reaction. I stood up shaking from anger and instead of slapping Hailey i fall into her arms, tears rolling down my cheeks. I misses her so much but still l wanted to slap her to death😂.
