Ch 5.

[AN* Decided to update Hades' and Hera's looks just a little bit. Used a picture you guys sent. Just imagine Hades having longer hair and a more of an unkempt beard]

As we stare upon the broken rock pieces, questions filled our heads. We definitely heard the wails of the baby as father was in the process of chewing. All of us looked at each other wondering if anyone of us has any idea of what could possibly be happening.

Hera-''You think that mother might've hidden her newborn away from father?''

Alexander-''Although it would be hard to hide from fathers sight, it's possible to do so''

Poseidon-''What so your saying that she had the chance of hiding us away as well like our newborn sibling and she chose not to?!''

Hestia-''Oh stop it Poseidon. How would you know that she chose not to? She probably only found recently a solution to save her newborn. It's not likely that she would opted out in just willingly let her children be eaten and then suddenly wanting to save her newborn in a change of heart.''

Demeter-''Hestia is right, she has most likely only just found a way. Don't needlessly blame her Poseidon''

Hades-''What ever the reason is, Alexander, you know what this could possibly mean right?''

Looking at Hades as he asked me the question, I paused and looked towards the rest of my siblings.

Alexander-'' *Nod* If our sibling did indeed escape which is highly likely seeing as they are not here, then he or she would most likely stay hidden for the majority of their life hiding from fear of father finding out their location. If our new sibling wants to live a free life, then our father must be removed. And to do that, freeing us would be of great help to the cause. Assuming of course that our new sibling even knows about us.''

Poseidon-''So what are we supposed to do? Just sit here and wait?''

Alexander-''There is nothing else we can do but prepare for our chance. From now on, we will train even harder together. Even if our divinities is highly restricted, we can always fight against each other in order to hone our fighting instincts.''

In saying so, everyone nodded and with a look of determination, started with their training. Poseidon, although flinched towards the latter part of my talk, still became serious and started training diligently at the prospect of escaping this place.

As everyone went and did started their training, I stood there thinking about our future when Hera came up beside me as I was lost in my thoughts.

Hera-''What's in your mind?''

Alexander-'' *Chuckles* Shouldn't you already know?''

Hera-''I choose not to. I want my love to tell me his troubles, I don't want read your thoughts as they are your own and you decide if you want to share it. It's the same reason you don't read mine''

As Hera said, even though I am able to read her thoughts due to our bond that Hera made, I chose not to as it was not my business to do so. As I was thinking this, Hera came up behind and wrapped her arms around me as our bare skin touched each other in a warm embrace.

Hera-''So are you going to tell me?~''

As Hera embraced me, I inhaled her fragrance that she was emitting as it helped calmed me down.

Alexander-''I was thinking on how we as well our mother can escape our father and the others when we do get out of here. As much as I want to off him, we are not yet prepared to fight him and the others at our current state even if we are not restrained. We need time to consolidate ourselves as we find out the limits of our divinities as we are unable to find out in here. We would also need to find a safe haven for us to do this with the peace of mind. We would most likely also need to somehow raise an army to help in combating the army that our father has that helped him in fighting off our grandfather. Although I've never seen said army before, our mother has mentioned it to me when I was still young that he has a sea of monsters to do his bidding. Not to mention what to do after we defeat him and the rest. So much to do...''

Hera-''Don't worry my love, remember, you are not alone. You have 6 capable siblings that will help you. Remember that. *Kiss*''

Sighing one more time, I went back with Hera to train with the others in preparations of hopefully us getting out of here.

~POV Change~

Somewhere in the ocean, a thick fog gently moves along with the wind. However, this certain fog spreads far and wide an would also never dissipate. There was also a special feature that this fog contains, and it's that it helps hide a lustrous island teeming in all sorts of life from certain individuals.

Within the island by the shore, a few individuals can be seen. A middle aged looking man with silver/gray hair with a beard going down to his chest and a toga draped over his well defined physique stood, looking out to the sea into the fog that surrounds the island.

The second individual was a man with a unique body, adorning the lower body of a horse and the upper body similiar to the first individual, being endowed with strong lean muscles, however, he was wearing intricate leather looking armour that covers most of his body with a bow and a quiver of arrows strap on his back.

Behind them stood a lady with fair skin and white hair that freely flows behind her back adorning a purple dress. Beside her stood a goat, munching away at whatever it get's its mouth on.

These three individuals were Zeus, Chiron who was brought by Amalthea after Rhea convinced Philyra who is Chron's mother, to sneak Chiron away much like what she did with Zeus in hopes to save Chiron from the fate that he will suffer if he stayed. Without much of a convincing needed, Philyra readily handed Chiron over and sent him away to where Zeus is. And finally the final member was Amalthea who was the person who sneaked both away as well as nursed them.

Chiron didn't exactly get along well with his half brother Zeus, as Zeus tends to seek conflict towards his quiet and gentle brother Chiron to show his superiority over him. Chiron, who dislikes conflict decides to put up with Zeus' aggressive demeanor as he doesn't want to irk his brother even more then necessary as Zeus is stronger then him.

Zeus-''I believe it's about time we act, I grow tired living in this small island. It's time I dethrone my father and replace him as ruler. Amalthea, I recall you have said once before that my father had swallowed the siblings before me correct? If I'm to defeat my father as well as his brothers and sisters, I'd need the help of my siblings. You have any ideas on how I can free them?''

Amalthea-''I do in fact have an idea. Every year, your father demands tributes from his subjects. Perhaps one of us can disguise as one of his subjects and offer him something that can make him expel your siblings out of him. The only thing we need is a drug strong enough to make your father do so...''

Chiron-''Don't worry, I've found a plant with a property that will do just that. It's very potent and just 2 petals grind and mixed into food or wine can make even either one of us expel the contents in our stomach as I have unfortunately had the pleasure to experience.''

Zeus-''Hahaha, seems as though you are not as useless as I thought you were. Well then, prepare what we need. I'll be the one to disguise myself and free my siblings, once their out, I'll lead them to kill my father and his siblings.''

Chiron, upon hearing Zeus' comment about him didn't flinch as he has heard this type of insults thrown at him many times over the period of time they have lived together. They've also together as they had no form of entertainment and whilst they trained, much like Alexander and his siblings, they have also found out about their divinities. They had gone to Amalthea about their discovering where she proceeded to tell them what they could do with their divinities.

~Flashback of when they were training~

Although Amalthea doesn't see much conflict and therefore doesn't train, she does indeed know the energy that Zeus and Chiron felt, or in this case their divinities. She explained the basic things that they could do like enhance their body to near indestructible unless someone else with a more potent divinity act upon them or they get damaged by a certain weapon.

Further more, she told the 2 brothers a new concept called Domain. Usually a Domain is different for each individual. However, there could be multiple individuals that shares the same Domain albeit either with some differences or the potency over their domain is weaker or stronger.

After Zeus has heard of this new concept, he eagerly tested his new found power. With a little concentration, he was able to summon a dreadful storm that engulfed the whole island.

*CRACKKK BOOOM*

Thunder could be heard everywhere as intense wind swirled around him. When he exhaled and opened his eyes, he willed the storm to go away, and as if the storm was sentient and heard Zeus, slowly resided as if a storm never appeared. But the destruction that the storm had done stayed as proof.

Zeus-''HAHAHAHA! With this, I can easily kill my father and his siblings all on my own! HAHAHA!''

Amalthea-''Zeus, I suggest that you proceed with caution and don't let your power cloud your judgement. Although your Domain over the storm and the destructive properties it carries is big, you will be no match to your father let alone with his siblings combine the way you are now. He has the Domain over time. That itself gives him enough power to already rule over his other powerful siblings. His brother Oceanus, who has the Domain over the oceans can also call upon the storms like you to do his bidding. You will need something else to help you kill your father and his siblings. You would need the help of your own siblings trapped inside Kronos and also find yourself a weapon to help fight him.''

Zeus upon hearing this frowned. After the high of finding about his new powers, he realised that he does indeed don't stand a chance against them. Seeing as someone else also controls the storm infuriates him to no end. Thinking so, he stormed off towards the shore to cool down.

Amalthea-''Chiron, how about you? Have you figured out what your Domain is?''

Chiron-''Unlike Zeus who has the power of storms, I could feel that my Domain centers around knowledge. Now the to what extent does my knowledge go to, I don't know. However, I already have an inkling of what it is, or at least some parts of it. For instance I am easily able to identify different plants and know about their properties with in depth detail. My knowledge also goes further then just properties of plants, but I would need to explore on it more.''

Amalthea-''Alright, take your time.''

In saying so, Amalthea gently smiled as she watched Chiron slowly walk towards the center of the island.

~Present~ ~POV Zeus~

I have finally gotten out of that boring confined place. It's time for me to plan my ascension to the throne. To do this, I need to disguise myself into one of my fathers subjects and feed him the poison that Chiron concocted that is mixed into fine wine as a tribute that will make father expel my siblings who I will have follow me as I lead them into battle as soon as I get them out.

As I was thinking this, the long line of different types of monsters, animals and people who has the same body as my original did was standing in a line finally moving forwards towards my fathers palace situated a top a mountain. Each one of them carried some form of tribute, whether it was food, wine, precious stones, everyone carried something.

I myself took in the shape of a giant eagle using my divinity. As I got closer, I could see what looks to be my fathers soldiers as they kept the line in order. When ever they see disorder, they would settle it that usually ends with blood spilling. I look upon this with disinterest as I continue to move along.

Soon, I was inside the massive palace where I could see the giant figure of my father sitting on his throne along with his siblings sitting on his left and right. Seeing their massive figure didn't come as a shock to me as I am also normally the same size as them, however I limit myself as the island is too small for my large body, let alone together with my half brother and Amalthea. Therefore we decided to stay relatively small.

Lackey-''Next!''

One of my fathers lackey spoke to me as I was now in front. Stepping forward, I glanced to my father and his siblings, excitment swelled within me as once my siblings are out, we can finally kill them all and I will take the throne as it's rightful ruler.

Lackey-''Present your tribute to Lord Kronos!''

Hearing that lackey speak to me that way irked me to no end. I calmed down as I decided that he will be the first to die once my siblings are out.

Without saying a word, I presented to them a dried sheep skin sack that held the wine in it.

Kronos, upon seeing this, levitated the sheep skin and drank the contents as is was like a drop of rain compared to his giant physique.

~POV change~ ~Alexander~

After ending our intense training, we all were laying down next to the fire that Hestia made with Hera huddled closely next to me. Suddenly, everything around us starts to violently shake. Upon noticing this, we all immediately left the cave and climbed up towards the entrance. We all looked down and were shocked that the stomach acid was rapidly rising, soon filling in the cave that we lived in for who knows how long. Then we all could feel that the barrier that prevents us from escaping was slowly dissipating. Along with the barrier dissipating, the restrictions placed inside of us also starts to weaken.

Soon, all of us could feel our power within ourselves start to rise. We all looked at each other as we finally realised what is happening.

Alexander-''Brothers and sisters! This is our chance! Ready yourselves and prepare to escape from this place as fast as possible! Remember, we will not stay and fight, we will gather ourselves and properly prepare our fight against our father!''

I yelled to my siblings as the rumbling was so loud that my siblings could barely hear me even with the rumbling. However, they all still nodded and prepared themselves as they knew what we have to do as we prepared for this moment and created a plan.

Once we get out, we will immediately launch an attack towards our fathers siblings in the midst of the confusion that will surely occur. We will only cause damage that is enough to incapacitate them and immediately along with our mother and most likely our sibling that has given us this chance, flee the place.

Even that would be pushing it's limits as we don't know our fathers siblings capabilities. Hopefully our father would be incapacitated, but even if he is, we still have to deal with his siblings as well as his army that would shortly arrive to aid him if we stay for too long.

Soon, the stomach acid reached to our position and the barrier by now has finally broken. One by one, my siblings went up the entrance. Starting with Poseidon, then Hades, Demeter, Hestia and Hera. Finally, I was left alone. I take a deep breath and soon I as well went up. As I was going up, I start to see a blinding light which forced me to close my eyes shut.

Not long after, I felt myself exit my father and with a thud, I felt myself fall and hit the solid ground beneath me. Yes. Solid ground, not squishy fleshy ground, by solid stone ground. I slowly stood up and open my eyes gently as I get used to the bright light that I haven't seen since I was but a child. As I opened my eyes, I looked around for a bit to get my bearings.

Alexander-'' *Inhale* Phewwwwww~ Hello father...''

[*AN This chapter was weird for me to write as I didn't know how to write it. I knew what I wanted and stuff but couldn't properly put it into words. I just decided to write it to at least move the story so sorry if the writing is a bit poor. I'll try better on the next chapter so stay tuned!.]
