Escape - Atomic Mana Golems - Beacon - Confrontation - Surprise Visitor - Leverage

Mark and Celine was alarmed by the urgency of Philip's voice. They jumped backwards towards Tenshi's domain and entered the area. Justine and Tenshi were also alarmed because of the sudden movements and rumbling of the chasm a few seconds ago

After a moment, Philip came storming out of the opening in a panic. His eyes were very bright than what it used to and the blue aura around his body is dwindling. The Blood Horn is also pulsating in erratic patterns

"Quick!! We need to leave now!"

"What? What's happening?"

Justine asked because she knows that something is bad if Philip's like this

"Justine, you need to carry three of us and Tenshi will fly while engaging in combat!"

"We need to escape? Won't we have a better fight in my domain?"

Tenshi made a point. She is supposed to be unstoppable inside her domain, which the combined powers of the squadron have a hard time in penetrating unless Rue was there, and the power of all of her Heavenly Prayers are amplified exponentially inside her domain

But, at this point, the opening exploded and crumbled down as two hulking humanoid stone figures smashed open the walls. Red light were glinting at the five of them and sent shivers up their spines

Without saying anything, Justine immediately manipulated the gravity without a second thought. Philip, Mark, and Celine floated upwards and Justine completely change the gravity into negative gravity for the four of them. They immediately flew upwards and Justine accelerated their speed

Tenshi also followed and left the Solitude domain, which was instantly destroyed by the red laser beams that came out of the stone humanoids' red eyes

The sound that was generated from the laser beams were like a constant muffled explosion that is going through a pipe or the earth being ripped apart into shreds by a super water jet

Of course, Tenshi was shocked that her domain was easily destroyed like that and it was a good to immediately leave the area, as Philip said. She took a mental note that she should follow everything that Philip says and understand his words better, even if it's vague

Seeing the destructiveness of the red lasers, without telling him, Mark immediately grabbed two of his swords and transmutated it into shiny metal, almost transparent and reflective

"Are those what I think it is?!"

Justine asked

"Yes! They are Mana Golems! They have Atomic Cores as a power source!"

"What?!"

Justine became alarmed this time. She knows how powerful a single Atomic Core is after Philip taught him when they were writing the research papers

*VROOOM*

An echo of rumbling sounds and explosions occured once more as the red lasers beamed upwards from the ground

"Justine!"

"On it!"

Mark called for Justine and she shifted his position towards one of the lasers. She saw how reflective his swords became and already knew what to do

The moment Mark was in front of the trajectory of a red laser, he crossed his swords in front of him and deflected the laser. He had a hard time reflecting the laser because it had pressure and heat that he almost hit Philip with it to the side. The laser hit the wall of the chasm and created a trail of craters along the wall. His swords immediately turned red hot but he quickly transmutated a fictional metal alloy with it to make it extremely heat resistant

Meanwhile, Tenshi confronted the other laser. She extended her right hand and a disc flew and revolved around her wrist

"Judgement!"

She declared the Second Heavenly Prayer and a beam of yellow light emerged from her hand and blasted through the chasm. The holy beam of light and red laser made contact

There was no beam struggle that occured and the red laser overwhelmed the beam of light. The beam of light scattered in different directions while the red laser continued to drill through the beam of light. Tenshi was surprised and she quickly dodged to the side before the red laser would hit her

As she dodged to the side, the red laser met Celine while a punch was about to connect to the red laser

"Recoiless Technique: Thunderclap Fist"

Celine directly punched the red laser. He fist was slightly burned but she managed to fully deflect the red laser and dissipate it along the process. The red laser broke apart and pushed back down the chasm and the red laser that Mark was deflecting also dissipated apart. Strong gusts of wind blew around the chasm and chipped earth from the wall

The resulting punch pushed Celine further up into the chasm and Justine let the momentum carry Celine upwards

"Justine!"

Philip called for Justine with urgency as he saw the future in a split second. Suddenly, loud thumping noises were heard echoing across the chasm and every thump brought fear into their hearts

They simultaneously looked down and saw the Atomic Mana Golems doing wall jumps to reach them. Their speed is also scary enough that it looked like they came out of a horror movie

Justine panicked and flicked her fingers upwards which increased the negative energy and their acceleration faster than when they were falling down by at least ten times

The Atomic Mana Golems then stopped wall jumping and started to rapidly climb the walls as they dig their arms onto the chasm, which destroyed the wall and the Mana Stones along with it

The little girl from earlier came out of the crumbled opening and walked over the destroyed Solitude domain that is slowly dissipating into light particles. She then lifted the Mana Blob above her head and aimed it towards the opening of the chasm

Just then, a blue beam of light emerged from the Mana Blob and shot through the chasm and out of the opening. Philip, Justine, and the others were surprised by the beam of light as they moved to the side. The blue beam of light reached the sky and penetrated the eye of the cyclonic storm

The blue beam of light served as a bright beacon that can be seen by everyone in a 10,000 mile radius

At this point, Philip and the rest has exited the mouth of the unstable Mana Hotspot faster than when they fell through. Justine restored the gravity for the four of them and Philip quickly stepped forward and brandished his sword

The earth started to shake rapidly, indicating that the Atomic Mana Golems are about to arrive on the surface. Philip closed his eyes and concentrated, the moment the Atomic Mana Golems show up, Philip will slice both of them simultaneously

Meanwhile, Sheena was watching from afar while still floating in the air with the three upgraded supermagnets orbiting around her. The relay radar tower is still being constructed and it's 80% complete. On the other hand, E-1 is still looking up at the sky and Elaine is still out exploring in the magical forest

It was then that the two Atomic Mana Golems crawled out of the mouth of the unstable Mana Stones and met Philip

Philip abruptly opened his eyes and slashed the superalloy steel sword horizontally to the right

"Sword Concept: Perfect Slash"

A white light flashed acrossed the area accompanied by several more blinding flashes around the Atomic Mana Golems. A powerful wind blow shot around the area and the atmosphere dropped

After a second later, the torso and the arms of thr Atomic Mana Golems were cut in half, but the Atomic Cores on their heads were still intact and slightly chipped

The superalloyed steel sword then shattered into dust and particles on Philip's hand after being imbued with Sword Concept, even if it's a superalloy transmutated by Mark

Philip then moved his hand and held the hilt of the other superalloyed katana on his waist. The katana this time has been transmutated into a fictional metal alloy, superheat resistant, supershock resistant, unmeltable, virtually indestructible, and pressure resistant

Because the Atomic Cores are still intact, Mana Golems are normally unkillable unless the cores are destroyed, the bodies of the Atomic Mana Golems started to reform and repair themselves. Philip first slashed their bodies to immobilize them and with the second sword, he will strike their cores in one go

"Sword Concept: True Recoiless Technique: Sword Thrust: Iaijutsu: Tensho!!"

Philip pulled the katana out of the sheathe at halfway and a glint and sheen of light went across the blade of the katana. He then abruptly pushed the katana back into the sheath

Two condensed shockwaves then blasted across the crater and the cyclonic storm in the sky was slightly disturbed because the recoiless sword thrust penetrated through the golems' head and to the sky

The space around the head of the golems warped in a spiral and imploded apart. Holes were created at the middle of the Atomic Cores and they shattered into million pieces rendering the Atomic Mana Golems destroyed

The reason why Philip added the True Recoiless Technique that he learned from Young-Jin is because he is not underestimating the power of an Atomic Core, the most powerful Mana Stone after Divine Stars, Divine Dust, and Atomic Stars. Atomic Cores have more than one decilion Spirit Stones plus the energy required for each conversion per stones

He also performed a Sword Thrust combined with Iaijutsu Technique to double up to make sure that he could destroy the Atomic Core. Fortunately, it was more than enough to destroy them, it might be even overkill because of the True Recoiless Technique which imploded the space around the cores

With the Iaijutsu Technique used, he performed a quick-draw martial arts with the sword and stabbed the cores with the sword thrusts. In just half a second, he first stabbed the right golem with his wrist facing down, pulled the katana back and twisted his wrist upwards, and then stabbed the left golem. After that, he sheathed the katana normally and a sheering sound was heard

In doing so, the sheath exploded and torn apart as the superalloyed katana also shattered and crumbled to dust

Philip frowned because all the weapons that he used with the use of Sword Concept was obliterated, even his arms. Even if the True Recoiless Technique was also added, which removes strain and pressure from the medium and sends it to a single attacking point and a technique that can being ruin to gods, the katana still suffered from the backlash of the Sword Concept

This made Philip thinks that he's still using the Sword Concept wrong and he needs to understand and comprehend it as soon as possible. This is his trump card and it might turn the tides if push comes to shove

Philip also wondered why he didn't suffer any backlash during the first times he used the Sword Concept, even with the Sword Aura. Maybe, there was a concept that he obtained, but lost the more he used it, or the Sword Concept itself let Philip taste the its power

Nonetheless, even if Philip is weaponless now, it still did the work of eliminating the dangerous Atomic Mana Golems

Philip jumped back and let himself fall down the mountain without even trying to land properly. Of course, Justine caught him and pulled him to her side with his momentum. Mark and Celine still has their guards up while Tenshi erected another Solitude domain with Order in between the mountain and the constructing relay radar

"Was that the threat that you're talking about?!"

Mark asked

"No... It's about to start and that beacon is bad news"

"Then we should shut it down, cover it, or divert it! Justine?"

"..."

"Justine?"

"I can't! It's not a simple vector of light nor an energy signature of Mana! It will take time before I can comprehend it"

"There's no need to shut it down..."

A male voice suddenly echoed around the group and that made them startled except for Philip. They didn't sensed the person's aura or presence but Philip is expecting someone or another because of the fact that the beacon is there. He just didn't expect that they would show themselves this early

"We instantly received the call of the beacon and immediately went here. So, what did you come here for, humans? You intruded into our home and brought a mess?"

The person then made his appearance as he slowly floated down in front of them, just a few meters above the mountain. The person was looking down on them. He had a blue aura and light emanating from him. He also has blue washed eyes and the air around him is vibrating and warping

The person then turned his head and saw Sheena creating the relay radar

"A creation of a Time Felon... What are you humans trying to do?"

The person asked with a growing anger in his voice. He then raised his hand and pointed it at Sheena

"A being like you shouldn't exist, you're an anomaly of the universe--"

The person was trying to erase Tenshi when suddenly, his hand was cut off and red blood gushed out of his wrist, accompanied by a blue smoke

The person widened his eyes because he felt severe pain running across his arm but he managed to bear it. Not only that, he became very alarmed at what cut him. He looked down

Philip was holding another katana then it shattered into dust once again. He borrowed the third sword of Mark and used it to interfere at whatever the person was trying to do

"Don't let him recover!!! Attack him with everything you got!!!"

Philip shouted angrily at the top of his lungs. The others understood the severity of the situation and didn't hesitate to use their full power

Justine flew up into the sky and the surroundings changed drastically as she manipulated all vectors and energy signatures that she could contemplate rapidly, Mark transfused his body into a virtually indestructible metal and transmutated his two swords, Celine's muscles contracted and she ran forward with the Recoiless Technique ready on her limbs, and three discs flew around Tenshi's wrists that is Judgement, Execution, and Retribution

Philip also ran forwards and prepared everything that he can do and adapt to the situation. But, all of them suddenly stopped on their tracks as they heard and saw a second person carrying someone. The second person floated next to the first person

"Zxhst, what should we do with this human? I saw it roaming around the forest with a human instrument on hand"

The person was carrying Elaine by her collar. She seemed to be unmoving and full of dirt and bruises
