The next morning, Li Hong woke up to meet breakfast on the side table. She was surprised and was wondering who had brought her breakfast that was Xia Yuan came out the bathroom. He greeted Li Hong a good morning and he gave her a peck on the forehead. Li Hong was quite surprised and she noticed that Xia Yuan had started to change ever since she started living with him. Xia Yuan sat down besides Li Hong. He grabbed the tray of food and led a spoon to her mouth. Li Hong told him that she could feed herself but Xia Yuan gave her a fierce glare which sent shivers down Li Hong's spine which made her agree to him feeding her. After about 30mins a maid came and took the plates away. Xia Yuan stood up to go to the bathroom when Li Hong noticed that there was a blood stain on his shirt and she quickly drew his attention back to her by calling his name. Xia Yuan Li Hong called. What is it Xia replied? I'm sorry. Sorry for what Xia said. For the blood stain Li Hong replied. He quickly looked at his shirt and he realized that there was a blood stain. He took off his shirt revealing his 8 packs, hard core torso and muscular chest. Li Hong couldn't help but stare at him. He looked like a god. He looked so good to be true. Xia Yuan noticed that she was staring at him and he grinned saying "do you like what you see". Then Li Hong looked away blushing then Xia Yuan went into the bathroom. Few minutes later Xia Yuan came out the bathroom and that is when his phone rang. He looked at the caller ID and he saw it was his mom. He got a little annoyed because he knew she was going to talk his love relationship and he was right.

Call conversation.

Mrs. Yuan: hello Xia Yuan how are you going today

Xia Yuan: get to the point mother

Mrs. Yuan: what? Is it wrong to ask how my son is doing?

Xia Yuan: no mother but it is very clear you want something

Mrs. Yuan: well yes I do want something. Could you and Li Hong come over?

Xia Yuan: no we can't. Li Hong is on her period and she can't go anywhere and I am taking care to her.

Mrs. Yuan: wow, well if that is the case continue taking care of her then but before you end the call when are you going to propose to her. I mean you have been together for about 6 months now. Isn't it time to pop the question and she is a well-mannered girl and very beautiful too.

Xia Yuan: mother please, I will do that when the time comes. So please let me be I have a girlfriend now just as you and father always wanted so please let's continue this, another day. Good bye.

And just like that Xia ended the call without waiting for his mother's reply but she didn't mind because she had a feeling that her son's cold heart was gradually melting and she danced happily. Well Xia Yuan was on the phone Li Hong had fallen asleep but she had her arms around her waist and she was hurting again. Xia Yuan noticed and he wrapped his around her and cuddled her from behind
