Coursing through the third level
The pressure of the corrupting energy grew stronger the further they advanced through the chasm. Each step felt heavier than the last, with the Depravita Aura thickening like an oppressive fog around them. After five arduous minutes, they finally pierced through the chasm and reached the next level.
What lay before them could only be described as a massive, all-encompassing garden. Towering black trees stretched to no end. Thorny vines snaked across the ground, crisscrossing their path. Flowers bloomed in deep reds and blacks, their petals velvety yet ominous. The trees dripped with thick, crimson sap that smelled unmistakably of iron. Some of the trees seemed almost sentient, shifting slightly as the dragons, saintesses, and angels appeared.
