The mist-like fog spread throughout the wilderness. Zane was caught in the fog, and his vision was affected. He could hardly see beyond his finger. Ah! It was too difficult. As he was moving slowly in the forest, he heard the faint sound of something above him.
Zane raised his quill and drew a rune in the air. The tip of the spear was met with a huge ice. It was difficult for the warrior to pull out his sword in time. He propelled himself forward as quickly as lightning and slammed into the warrior. The warrior was suddenly smashed into the tree trunk. Zane took advantage of the warrior's brief dizziness and landed a blow with one hand. He then pulled out a pistol with one hand and shot in the direction that he punched.
But he did not hear the sound of a bullet piercing through flesh; the warrior had disappeared before it could land. Zane froze, immediately remaining quiet as he waited.
