Chapter 14: Fight?

AN: There is Harem okay, a talk with my friend gave me a pretty good idea on how to approach it without it making seem force. So yeah, just chill, I haven't erased the Harem tag yet.

On another note, WTF is with the anime adaptation of Arifureta? I just watched it yesterday. My friend actually said that its crap so i didn't bother, but yesterday i got curious and decided to watch. WTF?! they completely ruined one of my fav series! So for those who haven't watched it yet, don't...just don't...just read the manga or novel.

"Do you mind if I ask you some questions?" Alex crossed his arms on his chest as he stood calmly in front of Gabriel.

"Mm-kay, but first I have to state my demands! I really want to avoid trouble so it'd be quite great if you cooperate?"

Alex shrugs, "Sure, what do you want?"

"The Yesod Fragment for starters, and if you can Emilia's Holy Sword as well." Gabriel smiled.

Alex rolled his eyes, before he smirked, "Aren't you a little bit late? How long do you think Alice has been with me?"

"Alice? Is that the name you gave the fragment?" The angel wondered, "Well, whatever. But cut me some slack mm-kay? We've been searching for her for centuries and when we found out that she's with you, you're no longer in your castle, so forgive us for being off a tad. It was real bummer mm-kay?"

"Well, Alice is going to be my heir you know? There's no way I'd give her to you."

Gabriel sighed and scratched the back of his head, "Why are you being so difficult? What about the Holy Sword?"

Alex coughed before he changed his appearance into that of Emi, before he spoke with Emi's voice, "No way in hell. I don't care if your God wag his tail and beg me for it, I won't hand it over."

After that, he changed back to normal and laughed. "So did I do good or did I good? I'm pretty sure if you ask her that will be her answer."

Gabriel chuckled, "Well, like mother like daughter I suppose?"

"Speaking of which," Alex stared at Gabriel straight in the eyes, "I'm curious...how come Demons have Human DNA?"

Hearing that, Gabriel lost his smile and turned serious, "Now, now, that's a dangerous information you got there. It will surely incur the wrath of Heavens."

Alex just smirked, "Is that so? Hmm, I see, I see, so there's a secret behind it huh? And it might be a pretty big one considering your reaction, and as you said "it will incur the wrath of heaven" Now you've piqued my interest."

Grinning, he clenched his fist as his crimson eyes seem to glow, "I wonder, just how much information will I get if I thoroughly inspect your soul?"

Gabriel remained silent.

"Sa...tan..." Camael slowly stood up as he was buried under the pile of debris. His Celestial Force flickered as glared at Alex.

He flapped his wings and fly, only to get smacked down by Emi.

"Gah?!" Camael coughed up blood, "...Lai..lah...you too..?! You're...going against us once more?! LAILAH?!"

Emi frowned, she doesn't know what her mother did to pissed off these angels. She thought that its just because her mother gave birth to her, but it seems like there's much more to it than she thought.

Camael slowly stood up before flashing towards Emi with his trident. The former hero just appeared behind the angel and axe kicked him on the head.

"Argh—!?" Camael's helmet broke, revealing the face of a handsome man in his twenties, with messy light hair and red eyes.

Despite the pain, Camael gritted his teeth and swung his trident behind him, only for Emi to blocked it with her sword.

"Lailah...Lailah...Why?! WHY DID YOU BETRAY US?!" Camael roared with bloodshot eyes as he aggressively attack Emi.

Emi narrowed her eyes as she blocked every attack sent to her, however as the battle continues, it was getting harder for her to block.

As Camael thrusts his trident, Emi raised her sword to block, only to grunt in pain when Camael suddenly kicked her ribs.

"Tch!" Clicking her tongue, Emi thrusts her sword which Camael dodged by tilting his head only received a jab on the face.

"Oh my," Emi smirked, "Now look what you made do. I just ruined that pretty face of yours, but I guess its fine, since maybe then you'll be pretty on the inside."

Emi's sword suddenly enlarged, which means she was now using her full power as an Angel. The size of her sword depends on her strength she used, and now, she is planning to go all out.

"Lailah.." Camael grabbed his face, his nose was broken and is bleeding, "...Lailah...Lailah...Why...WHY DID YOU BETRAY US?! WHY?!"

Emi just gave an irritated look, "Don't your ass ever get jealous from all the shit that comes out of your mouth?"

"LAILAH!!"

"You really think you can beat me?" Daniel gave Sagiri a mocking smirk, "Even with that power up, you are still far cry from reaching my strength."

Sagiri just smiled and remained silent. Irritated, Daniel moved first, he conjured a sword made out of purple energy as he darted towards Sagiri.

Only to pause when he found himself surrounded with massive amount of Kunais. "The hell? You think this can stop me?! Don't underestimate me girl!"

The Kunais moved and shoot towards Daniel, who just glared at Sagiri before he conjured orbs of purple light and began shooting them at the Kunais, causing them to explode.

"I told you! This isn't enough to stop me!" Daniel bolted towards Sagiri and conjured a light sword and swung it down, only for large Kunais to protect Sagiri.

In an instant, large Kunais surrounded Daniel as it shoots towards him. Clicking his tongue, Daniel teleported away.

Only for Sagiri to appear behind him and sent massive amounts of Kunais at him.

Daniel gritted his teeth and covered himself with his wings. The moment that the Kunais came in contact with him, they exploded.

"Hahaha..." Daniel retreated with a smile, "Explosions won't work on me girl. Didn't you hear what I told the old man earlier? The hotter it is, the stronger I am. The heat from the explosions will only give me more strength. It was that reason why survived unscathed from your attacks earlier. If you didn't send some explosion and fire attacks I might be in trouble you know. But too bad right? Just give up now, you can't beat me."

Sagiri remained silent, just staring at him calmly with a determined face, as if she knew that she will win.

Daniel's eye twitched seeing her expression, 'This girl...she really thinks that she can beat me huh? What can a weakling like her even do?'

But Daniel didn't dwell on it too much and just conjured an energy sword as he darted towards Sagiri and began to attack her aggressively.

Sagiri could only retreat while using her Kunais as a shield which all broke with just a swing of Daniel's sword, not only that, the Kunais also exploded, strengthening Daniel even further.

In an instant, Daniel's energy blade thrusts forward with incredible speed that startled Sagiri, and before she even react, her chest was stabbed.

Daniel grinned, "Hehe...Hehehe...HAHAHAHA! I told you, a weakling like you can't do shit to—huh?"

He paused whe Sagiri suddenly poofed and changed into a log. His eyes widened and quickly turned around, only to be greeted by the sight of thousands of Kunais raining towards him, with Sagiri just calmly looking at him.

"This again?!" He roared and made a barrier around himself, as the Kunais exploded around him.

Smoke gathered around the place as Sagiri just stared at it silently.

Suddenly, the cloud of smoke was cleared away, revealing Daniel completely unscathed, grinning at Sagiri.

"What a disappointment. I told you that explosions are just making me stronger, why won't you listen huh? Even without this strengthening, I am still stronger than you, if it was those Captains then they might stand a chance, but you? You're just a weakling."

Sagiri sighed, "Its over."

"Oh? You giving up now?"

Sagiri raised her index and middle finger, "Its true that even with my new strength I am no match for you, I don't even plan on getting into a long battle with you knowing the difference between our power...but..."

She glared at him, "As a Chuuma Ninja, I never fight fair...deceptions, sneak attacks, poisons...I will do all that."

Taking a deep breath, she glanced at Alex and Emi for a few moments before looking back at her opponent, "For everything you have done...I will take you to hell..."

Daniel frowned, "What are you—grhgh?!"

Suddenly, countless blade flew out from Daniel's chest.

Metal blades grew out like a mountain of blade soaked in blood, biting and tearing flesh from inside.

That happened not only in Daniel's chest, but within an instant everywhere on Daniel's body there were blades flying out, furthermore the metals that were adjoining each other would be glued together using metal fragments from that came from somewhere unknown as an intermediary, restraining Daniel's body gruesomely.

"What...is...this?!" Daniel barely squeezed out those words as he endured the pain of blades coming out inside him, some of them even tear apart his insides.

"Nano-sized Kunais." Sagiri said, confusing Daniel, but she didn't bother explaining.

Chuuma Ninjas have the skill to turn their own Spirit Power into any weapons, though it isn't really strong or special and can be broken quite easily.

However, what would happen if she covered those with her Spirit Armor? Its simple, those easily broken weapons will turn into a Pseudo-Spirit Weapon.

What she did was to make millions upon millions of nano-sized kunais, hide them in the smoke caused by her exploding kunais and let Daniel inhale it all.

And when she felt that the time was right, she controlled the nano-sized kunai inside him, fused them together to make a lot of big kunais and destroy his body from the inside. Not only that, just in case it wasn't enough, she changed some of them into a rope-like thing to restrain him.

It was quite easy, since those weapons were from her own Spirit Power anyway, she can change it at will. And because those "ordinary" kunais were covered in Spirit Armor, turning it into a pseudo-spirit weapon, it is almost unbreakable, and even able to pierce almost anything..

Sagiri slowly "walked" towards Daniel who was struggling to break free. He glared at her, as he coughed mouthful of blood, Sagiri just stared at him calmly before taking out a kunai, and with a swift motion, stabbed it on his forehead.

Daniel immediately went limp as he fell down to the ground. Sagiri stared at him before her spirit armor disappears and replaced by her normal clothes as she also fell down in exhaustion.

She braced herself for the impact but it did not come. Opening her eyes, she was startled when she saw her grandfather catching her.

"Ojii-sama."

"Rest." Yamamoto said with a soft tone, smiling at his granddaughter.

"Hm." Sagiri nodded as she looking at Alex, before smiling and closed her eyes.
