As the oldest institute ever established by Heiner Van Sant, the Star Court covered a vast area. It had seven lakes and nine pools, including Ming Si Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Heterodox Brilliance District. The ecological protection here was excellent, the vegetation was flourishing; the water grass was growing continuously like a long blanket; the migratory birds were in groups, and the scenery was picturesque.
