(Last) Second best buddy in college

Grabbing Vincent by the shoulder, Matt dragged him away from Jennifer in the distance as they came across the close Kara.

"What's going on, Vince? Who is he?"

Kara inquired right away.

"I want to ask who you are instead… Who's she?"

Matt inquired as well, his gaze fixated on Kara with accuracy despite his blindness.

When he questioned Vincent, he seemed a little too inquisitive…

The blind man obviously didn't have innocent intentions.

Who said that being blind made you a good person? Though he liked Matt, Vincent instantly smirked and thought.

Kara, who had a low EQ and was a little sluggish up there, and who carried some baggage for him, looked at Matt with irritation as Vincent answered amusingly,

"Hands off, pal, before there's a misunderstanding. I like you, but we need to be clear about something. You are not permitted to graze or touch my girlfriend."

The startled, reddening Kara immediately exclaimed, "Your what now?! What about my opinion?!"

Kara was stunned. Trying to act hard, she said again, "Why are you suddenly spewing nonsense, Vince?"

Matt didn't pay attention to her denial. He said, "Vincent, was it? Too bad, you have good taste. I would've tried to get with her if you weren't together."

He looked serious… This guy was definitely a player, Vincent thought…

Vincent smirked, saying with a chuckle,

"Be careful what you say now… I'm not as calm, understanding, or nice as I look on the outside. Anyway, it's obvious that you're not your average blind man."

They were both ignoring Kara, who yelled at them for their attention, as she was ignored blatantly when Matt replied,

"I see you splurge yourself with regards. You seem to be a confident person. But why do you presume I'm blind? Could it be because of the cane I'm carrying around? That's a terrible way to think for a future lawyer if I may say… You could get into plenty of trouble gauging people like this."

Vincent replied. He told,

"No, it wasn't the cane. You just exude blind man energy."

Matt frowned, saying, "What do you mean by that, pal? That's rude."

He and Vincent were completely oblivious to the background noise created by the lovely blonde wearing charming specs.

Vincent laughed, teasingly remarking,

"You shouldn't walk with sunglasses and a cane if you want to avoid seeming like a blind man, then. In my opinion, that's a dead giveaway."

When Matt spoke, he stopped, frowning and looked a little strange.

"You… So, it was all about the cane… You nearly had me. Sikes."

He was obviously kidding as well.

"You're hilarious," Vincent said, adding, "I know you didn't believe my nonsense. Come on, let's go to the dormitories."

He remarked, striding ahead of the group of three. Then he said again,

"May I assume you're also a first-year law student? If we're going to the same dorm, I'm presuming you should be?"

Matt nodded and followed.

"Hello there! Am I invisible?" Kara shouted from behind, very irritated.

Vincent turned to glance behind him, staring at her face, and sensed that she was going to burst with rage. Whenever she was about to burst, nothing positive occurred.

Vincent immediately started acting cute with her and told her was sorry and stuff. Like he always did, but with a difference, this time…

He kissed Kara on her cheek, which caused Matt to ask with confusion,

"Why is your girlfriend's heart rate skyrocketing after a simple kiss, dude? Is it true that you two are boyfriend and girlfriend? You don't look like it…"

Instead of responding immediately, Vincent sidestepped and asked Matt whether he had talents, to which Matt replied that he had some, but he wasn't completely a Supe yet. He had only been exposed to something they said.

When Matt continued on asking "the question", Vincent advised him not to worry about it, and that Kara was his.

Matt insisted though, So Vincent groaned and murmured, as he came to an abrupt halt, saying to Kara,

"Give me the bags, I didn't mean to rush it, but it seems there's a show we have to give… It's been coming for a long time now, I suppose."

Vincent was thinking about Superman with a growing headache when he told Kara this.

"What?" Kara was confused, or at least she was acting like she was when she said. "Why do you want the bags now? I understand you less and less, Vince…"

"Stop asking so many questions and put on your prettiest face for me."

Vincent said this while grasping the luggage in a macho manner.

The next thing she knew, he was leaning in and kissing her on the lips.

When their lips separated, there was a foul and wet smooch sound.

Their first kiss, on the other hand, was fantastic. Kara's lips were delectable. When Kara was locked in place like a statue, startled, Vincent mocked her and remarked to the blind pirate Matt,

"See? That is how I do my things."

Vincent was now a touch cocky, calling Kara a thing… Intentionally, of course.

When Kara was in love with him, it didn't matter whether they were dating or not, did it?

Unless Matt wanted him to start thinking like a pirate as well, he should know where he belongs. This type of action, with his good looks, face, and abilities, would not just work on Kara…

If Matt wasn't single, he should cut the joke short here.

Well, if he was smart at least.

As they say, two can go at it and make the same dull and distasteful jokes.

Despite his intelligence, Matt, who didn't appear to get the subtle meaning, said,

"Was it Kara? I feel horrible for her since I automatically saw what was going on. But, even if that's the case, did you just offer your pal her first kiss to exemplify a point? She seems to have something for you, yet… It's not like I'd try to interfere. Are you somewhat insecure?"

'Oh, so he did get the message…' Vincent was not ashamed. It was normal to feel insecure.

Men who weren't insecure and aggressive had lost their sense of rationality.

Instead of telling Matt what he was thinking, Vincent nodded and acted like he was still joking,

"I am, indeed… The most insecure and nitpicking man on the earth… I also like to carry grudges for a long time, so you'd better hope you and I don't share a room."

Vincent wanted to indicate that he held grudges for the rest of his life. Until the end of time, that is. But he didn't express it clearly.

He did, however, pardon those who sought for genuine forgiveness.

Matt shook his head and chuckled, not realizing a terrible problem, a concealed trouble.

"I think you and I are going to get along perfect."

Vincent asked, eyeing him with a bit of vigilance. "What's that supposed to mean?"

Matt joked, "That we should get a room together, I guess…"

"…" Kara, who had regained some of her pillaged, despoiled and conquered mind, blushed once again.

That girl… Vincent pondered… She always had such atrocious thoughts.

Every so often, she was at gutter level up there…

A gutter she would like, probably.

Why did straight women fantasize about man on man action?

It was gross.

Vincent returned his gaze to Matt after glaring at her, saying,

"If you haven't noticed, Buddy, I'm not homosexual. Don't tell me you swing that way?"

"…" Matt went still.

Several hours later. Columbia University at night.

"Wow, what a long day… Vince remains a harsh dictator, and here I thought he had matured… I'm curious who his father is if he acquired that personality…"

Kara was alone in her room late at night, reflecting on her day.

She grumbled to herself about how strange the day had been.

Did Vincent have feelings for her?

She pondered.

He couldn't have kissed her merely for kissing her, could he?

When that guy got his eye on her, he turned possessive.

Thinking this, her thick glasses still concealing her stunner of a face, she immediately began to think about all the sentiments she had bottled up, kept, and never shared with him.

He could be overly aggressive, and she was terrified of his reaction.

Kara didn't know where she stood in their relationship after today.

The friend zone?

Sex friends?

She had no experience in the sex domain… If so, it would be intimidating…

Despite her distress, she didn't take long to laugh and shake her body all over her bed.

Vincent's big, thick monster with its tip hidden between his legs had caught her sight. She had seen it several times throughout the years.

It actually got down deep, far in his trousers…

It looked delicious, but how could she possibly eat it all?

After she had finished thinking about the unholy weapon of oral sex, she laughed at how those two males, Vincent and his new friend, were put in the same room without making a request. Despite the early differences, they got along well.

Someone entered the room she had been alone in while she was deep in her thoughts… Nasty thoughts Vincent would glare at her for…

He'd be cute because she wasn't interested in Matt. She was a lady who dreamt about homosexual things.

Or would he simply loathe her for even thinking about it?

Kara thought guys were strange, since even Clark, her cousin, like witnessing female on female activity.

She had found him masturbating to ladies getting off each other on his computer more than once.

His imaginations included photographs of his girlfriends and ex-girlfriends.

"Hi, I'm Natasha," the redhead girl who entered stated, cutting her thoughts short. "Do we share a room?"

Sometime later.

In a European country on the other end of the phone, a beautiful MILF was sipping on some wine as she eyed the city standing on a balcony.

She heard the sound of an ambulance when she ended the phone call she was having with a young girl in the United States of America.

When the phone call was over, after the questions the woman asked and the revealing answers she got especially, the Asian next to her said,

"That girl is cute, madam, don't you think? She's so in love with him, but still tries to put up a front after so many years."

The woman Morgan, Morgan Le Fay, Vincent's mother more than in a simple biological way, said,

"Yeah, it's been like that for years now, but I like her. She'll make an excellent daughter-in-law."

Lotus instantly asked the grinning Morgan,

"Are you serious, madam, or just joking?"

Morgan smirked and replied as she went back inside the giant apartment, occupying the whole floor,

"Who can say. Only time will tell you what my response will be… Vincent will undoubtedly bring home more than one woman; therefore, it doesn't matter. We won't be able to count my daughters-in-law with his wonderful figure and features."

In reality, Morgan didn't tell Lotus, but she was dead serious when she said this. She had always treated Kara as though she were her daughter.

It was love at first sight, not just for Vincent, but also for her. She was a little smitten with that girl Kara, but not romantically.

Her intuition as a prospective mother-in-law told her she was "the one"…

She always thought that Kara was the one out of the numerous females she watched queue up and would continue to see.

"The one" who would actually inherit her legacy, and for who her son was prepared to go to any lengths for.

Morgan only had true love for Vincent, although she was wicked and suspected him of knowing it…

After a year spent together, she never contemplated harming him, his loved ones, or going against his wishes.

The plan she originally thought about had completely slipped out of her hands and deviated…

Mocking herself, Morgan thought,

'What am I going to do when he knows…'

She was hoping that Vincent was like his father at this point. Because right now, all the moves she was making were akin to moving some wind uselessly.

She was doing irrational things.

Morgan didn't know how right she was at that moment.

The only problem, however, which she had yet to notice, one that her son would have to worry about in this life, wasn't her.

It was another issue.

Another issue she herself had caused and underestimated.
