A litter of horned rabbits
Towering trees let the sun's rays penetrate through the thick canopy of leaves and branches covering the sky. Eren could feel the life of the forest through all of his new senses this was a strange feeling for him being surrounded by the dangerous yet beautiful wilderness. After traversing through the thick foliage for a while Eren was now fairly used to the movement of his body. Activating the skill (Blood Trail) many miniscule slithers of red appeared in his peripheral vision nearly all of them belong to small insects which there was no point in eating, following a slightly larger trail of blood it led Erin to a small hole.
Venturing into the hole Eren fought of his paranoia and slithered inside through the tunnel, the hard soil brushed up against his scales as he traversed inside eventually he came upon a larger dwelling inside the cave.
5 baby horned rabbits huddled together in a soft bundle of fur oblivious to the danger approaching them, deactivating his skill and stealthily approaching the little horned rabbits. Eren's now 70cm long body had encased his unsuspecting prey into a circle of death, his body circled around the cute little rabbits leaving them no chance of escape.
Viscously biting into the closest rabbit it let out a small whine before its feeble body went limp due to losing all the blood coursing through its veins, Eren had taken out another two rabbits before a trickle of blood hit one of the last remaining litters mates on its closed eye. The poor little rabbit woke up in a daze from the sudden impact on its head when it opened its eyes the blood stung the little rabbit, before it could whine in pain it realised the current situation. *Bounce* scurrying away the horned rabbit jumped over Eren's body making an A-line towards the exit as fast as its small body could carry it acting purely on instinct. Never the less it was not fast enough Eren would not let a free meal run away like that, (Flash Strike) activating his trusted skill his body blurred now appearing behind the poor little bunny with his fangs deeply protruding into its neck. With only the last bunny left shivering in fear its little heart pounding harder than a drum as Eren covered the only exit it knew its fate was sealed. Strangely the blood snake didn't attack instead it first devoured the carcases of its siblings then slyly slithered to the corner of the room leaving only his head hidden near the entrance.
The mother horned rabbit left early in the morning to satiate her hunger so she can feed her litter it was a tiresome job being a parent but after successfully filling her gut the adult horned rabbit decided to return to feed her precious little babies. Entering the tunnel the mother horned rabbits nose twitched a few times as it smelt a faint blood scent coming from her abode, however this just caused the worried mother to speed her descent down as she feared her babies were in trouble. Seeing only one of her babies surrounded by small droplets of blood the mother ran towards her remaining baby shivering with a dreadful look in its eye its gaze almost saying "don't come here" ignoring her instincts quickly it darted towards the scared youngster.
*SNAP*
Like the sound of a whip as soon as Eren caught sight of the large horned rabbit entering his skill activated latching onto her neck before she could even react, the rabbit frantically rolled around trying to shake him off however it was no use Eren's large body wrapped around the protective mother stopping her limbs from jumping around.
Eren's emotions had been somewhat torn and remoulded ever since he reincarnated, the last straw would be killing the remaining bunny after he slaughtered its family, the cute little bunny seemed to be awaiting its death looking at Eren with its despairing eyes it got a quick death and was turned into his (exp) .
