"Darling, I want to ruin my haters' lives," Irene whispered next to Sebastian's ear as she walked up to the altar.
Sebastian held her hand and looked into her covered face. "Then I'd like to help you."
He was aware that some people might not like his bride. They would smile at him, pretending to support his decision to marry so soon, but they would insult his bride behind his back.
Even if Irene didn't mind their attitude, Sebastian would make them understand that they had no place to bad-mouth his bride.
"Since the bride and groom have arrived on this special day, I will begin this holy wedding ceremony." The priest's voice echoed through the hall, causing everyone to fall silent.
He smiled as he looked at Sebastian, "Sebastian Delacroix, do you take Irene Russell to be your lawful wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?"
