Chapter 3: Showdown

Cybertron, Kaon- Bot construction centre

Waking up Oden saw multiple humanoid robots lined up around him looking down at himself Oden saw that he too was a robot and began to grin. 'It would seem that I really did get reborn who would have thought.'

Snapping out of his pondering, Oden saw the line moving and began to follow suit. Ahead of the line there was a large robot looking quite pristine with his design and colour scheme nothing like what he and all the other robots looked like. Reaching up to the front of the line the robot began to talk to him

"Your regristry code is D1472, now head down to the entrance of the energon mines for further instructions."

Kaon: Mining Centre

Making his way down to the lowest level of Kaon, Oden couldn't believe what he saw, many robots torn apart on the brink of death and others working to death Oden could now understand why Primus needed his help. 'This is pure evil to subjugate a whole island's worth of people to the harshest form of slavery they are worse than the Celestial dragons.'

Making his way to the equipment area Oden was equipped with a drill and started to work reluctantly. 'Ok the first thing I need to do is make a plan of how I am going to survive. To do that I need to find out more about this place.'

Finishing his thought Oden made his way to a robust looking bot seeing him Oden immediately gained a giant grin. 'This bot could either be polite or we could end up fighting either way I would be happy although my body is weak at the moment but it would be a great fight.'

"Hey there big guy I'm new here can you help me out." Turning around the robus bot known as Showdown saw a pretty average looking bot talking to him. "Are you talking to me? You must be new here because you don't know who I am. Well let me tell you now the name is Showdown and I'm the boss around here."

"Is that so, you're the boss." With that being said Oden put on a nonchalant face with a smirk. This angered Showdown which he expressed. "Punk you may be new here but that doesn't mean I won't teach you manners. Apologize and I might not bash your head in. Hearing this Oden got more excited and decided to push more and pointed at his face.

"Come on then here is my face, bash it in then." Having enough, Showdown rushed at Oden with his pickaxe intending to put this bot fraggin son of a cessna in his place. Oden grinned then did a double back flip to get away. This commotion began to gather a crowd who began to cheer.

Showdown was shocked this was a newly constructed bot he should not be able to have any sort of combat skill much less being able to avoid him like that. "Looking at your ugly mug I could tell that you didn't expect that, well I am one of a kind." "You're an arrogant kid, you may have a little skill but you are nothing compared to me, don't get ahead of yourself."

With that being said Showdown got in a boxing stance and sent a hook to Oden. Oden saw this and parried the hook then kneed Showdown in the stomach but that did nothing, so he backed up just in time to miss another jab. The crowd around them became larger, with screams and cheers going on. Some of Showdown's subordinates pushed through the crowd intending to help their boss, but he shook his head to stop them. Oden then decided to attack showdown's legs. Waiting for another punch Oden made use of it, parried then made his way around Showdown and placed a well positioned back heel sweeping kick to his opponent.

This sent Showdown to the ground. Oden grinned and intended to deliver an axe kick, but Showdown rolled, grabbed his leg and threw him to the ground. In the next second Showdown went on top of Oden and punched him in the face. Immediately Oden began to black out just before he did, he had a thought.'Damn it this body is so weak.' Then He black out.
