SHAY
Shay Zephanie sat on her bed. She was in no mood to do anything. She had wanted to see her mother so badly, however, there was no way that Marcus Zephanie would let her go.
She was on the verge of pulling another tantrum. She had no idea how long it has been but she vaguely remembered that goodbye hug from Avalyn. Shay wanted to be mad. She wanted to be mad at Avalyn but at the same time, she knew that no matter how loud or long she would cry, Marcus Zephanie would never let her out.
Throwing herself back on the bed, Shay stared at the ceiling which Amber had taken the time to place glow-in-the-dark tiny star stickers. Shay liked it but she still wanted to go home. The yearning for home was slowly gnawing at her.
