The Light

"Hmm," Marcus Zephanie mused as he examined the strange luminescent object on the dish which had sprung from a wrongful mix he had a while ago while trying a new experiment for Shay. 

Carefully picking it using a tweezer he took a closer look at it. It resembled a very tiny stone that seemed to produce some sort of white light.

"Amber," Marcus Zephanie called out, calling the attention of the intern. "Look at this," he remarked, completely mesmerized with his discovery. 

"What is that Doctor Zephanie?" Marcus Zephanie had no idea what it was either. He had no clue what it can or cannot do or if it was capable of doing anything at all.

"I have yet to know that myself Amber. But this is fascinating," 

"Indeed, Doctor. However, what if it's dangerous?" Marcus Zephanie shrugged nonchalantly as he began to search for a vial to store the strange light.
