outer city

depending on Felix knowledge , dawn city is a bit different than other cities in the human land 

that is because of the presence of two walls , one of them which felix been through once he arrived and the other is the one separating between the outer and a inner city

but this is not what makes it different than other cities , instead it is because of the rules within the inner and outer city. 

opposite to what anyone would think when hearing inner and outer city .. what anyone would think hearing that is inner city for rich and outer for poor but the reality is a bit different 

the inner city is for non warriors and warriors families , and the outer is just a huge market which warrior teams use to resupply and sell what they earn in wilderness ... 

but that made entering the inner city hard for people coming from outside the city 

just think about it most of the warriors families are in the inner city and the warriors themselves are in the wilderness most of the time . 

so if any person have a grudge or a revenge against a warrior and he cant take revenge from him directly he will attack his family . 

so the city lord made it very hard for anyone to get into the inner city , as if dont no warrior will accept to leave the inner city 

city lord : fight the beasts 

warriors : fuck off 

as simple as that ... but also the over protection of warriors families is not enough for some warriors to risk their lives 

so the city lord made a very interesting system around points ... the more beasts and stronger the beasts you kill the more points you earn 

and using these points you can by anything the city have basically but the more important are martial arts !

the martial arts we are talking about are not the same as the free ones felix found on the internet but instead much better and stronger ones with higher effect on the combat strength

in the beginning Felix did not think about it but after the space ring he got by luck he had the chance to learn some martial arts before entering the academy 

which will increase his power and value in the eyes of the academy .

so now felix went to one of the shops that buy beast materials

felix was not afraid of anyone knowing that he have a space ring because it is not that rare in reality 

anyone having a good background will have it, but what made the one felix found special was the terrifyingly vast space which was about 100 m*3 

felix know was negotiating the price with the shop owner 

10 yellow wolves .. 5 of them are normal wolves and 3 alphas with 2 kings 

2 low-general worm core 

in the end felix got about 10 million cash and 2000 point which was good overall 

after leaving the shop felix went to a clothes shop and bought 3 C rank battle suits all of them where black and one black cloak which costed him 7 million over all 2 million for each battle suits and 1 million for the cloak . 

felix changed his clothes in a corner 3 blocks away from the shop he bought it in 

after changing and wearing the cloak which hides his face and body completely

he went to a different shop that buys beast corpses and cores 

but a bigger one 

this time when felix entered he added 50 points to his soul which made it reach 100 

this is a thing that felix noticed the higher your soul the more pressure you put on another people unconsciously .. so when felix reached 100 in his soul made him look stronger than he is actually. 

quickly felix sold in this shop about 10 times more than the last time 

but felix did not stop here he visited more and more shops to sell everything he got in these 5 months 

in the end the result was 

680 million alliance dollar ... 138000 dawn point 

after all of this felix went to a very big building in the outer city called exchange hall 

after entering it felix directed to one of the exchange robots to exchange his points ...

felix was amazed by what he saw in the panel infront of the robot ...

but felix ignored everything and went to the martial arts section but he was very disappointed

not because it was bad the opposite every martial art was very good and better than he expected 

and not because that he does not have enough points 

instead because most the martial arts needed cosmic energy to use and learn 

and felix still did not cultivate cosmic energy and he is not willing to start now

just because one simple reason, he will enter the first human academy after 2 weeks ... and it is well known that the academy have the best martial arts in the world so no need to buy anything now 

and there is another reason it is because of a post he saw on the internet saying that for highly talented kids no need to rush into absorbing the cosmic energy instead they must try to train as much as they can before absorbing the cosmic energy which will result in better results for there future , the post did not clarify why but felix decided to wait after he enters the first human academy to know what all of this about.

but after a while felix found something which might help him ... in the martial arts section their is a subsection called wisdom, which is filled with books written by strong warriors about their understanding to a particular martial art 

so felix looked at dozens of books about beginner intermediate advanced sword art and hand to hand combat 

felix bought all of them without hesitating afterwards looked for a good sword to use in the end he liked a sword more katana like sword with red and black colors 

felix was thinking about changing his sword a long time ago and even changing weapons to a saber or a spear 

all of that for one reason ... swords are very light ... sharp but light and it does not rhythm with his fighting style 

but now he found this katana that is in-between sabers and swords ... heavy and sharp ... curved but not that much .. felix thinks that depending on his current fighting style this is the most suitable for him 

after buying A rank katana he liked felix looked at the medicine and potions section but after a fast spin he decided to buy only few healing potions and ignore the rest , it was because of the insufficient purity of these potions he decided to wait for the academy .
