-That was a great presentation. Welcome to the 46th edition of the Grammy Awards from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. We have another year of great achievements and performances by artists that will go down in human history, - commented Richard Ridley, the host of the 2004 Grammy Awards. Billy's team had finished, the lights dimmed, and Billy smiled up at the sky, happy to achieve the image he desired, now as a young man.

At the Grammys, night had fallen, and many of the acts that started at the Grammys had two simple reasons: to promote new scenes for the generations to come. Many knew two things: Beyoncé's album was highly acclaimed by the public at all levels, but albums by Eminem, Billy Carson, and OutKast were also well-regarded by critics and audiences. It's often mentioned that there's a debt owed to Billy, who is a clear favorite to win, but that remains a fleeting silence.

Richard Ridley wore a simple, formal black suit with nothing more representative than the Armani brand. He raised his arms and began the award ceremony.

-What an informal discussion. But as many of you know, our main concern is that 40 years ago, one of the most iconic bands in culture debuted, and since then, they have been stored in our hearts. Yes, gentlemen, we have a show for the Beatles! Those four characters put up a high, new image of all sorts of ideas, - commented Richard Ridley.

As the great ceremony began, the applause ceased.

Billy stood in the back, wearing the same clothes, but now his hair was tousled everywhere. While the others returned to their original looks, for now, this would be Billy's only appearance, as nothing notable was expected.

Gwen Stefani and Quentin Tarantino took the stage to present the Best Contemporary R&B Performance category, the first category of the evening, in a mixed key, going from specific to general categories in this presentation gala.

Winners were followed by Luther Vandross, a man with a powerful, somewhat nasal voice, perfect for his style of singing. Then Beyoncé won again, this time with Luther Vandross, giving two Grammys to two people in the first three categories. Aretha Franklin, OutKast, and Beyoncé with Jay-Z followed suit, adding more awards to the production team.

Then came the rap categories, with both Missy Elliott and Eminem being the most representative of rap music of the year, although Jay-Z was not far behind. It's sustainable to say that Eminem's album is of the same quality as his first album, which is celebrated as one of the best. They won again for Best Collaboration, not to mention OutKast. Then came Pop, with Justin Timberlake, still making waves in music, and Rock, a fiercely contested category by many bands.

-Well, I believe there's no denying that this year, women have delivered the best performances. Unfortunately, only one can take home the title of Best Female Rock Singer of the Year, - commented a young Hilary Duff with Carlos Santana.

-All manifestations of rock, and I can say earnestly that they are all winners of music, - commented Carlos Santana.

-Pink with 'Trouble', - they both announced into the microphone.

The blonde climbed on stage in high heels, her smile wide. As they moved, Billy clapped wearily, having been there for over two hours, through multiple performances and actors saying multiple words. If she wins, what will she do? The boy pondered.

The blonde, with a sensual figure, rose from her stage, a rocker, adorned with stars, with a tendency to wear beautiful, revealing necklines. A particularly elegant rocker, and powerful, the song "Trouble" preceded her second Grammy award; the first was for Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals. On the screen, Avril was there, with a disappointed look. Her eight nominations had mostly resulted in defeat. As one of the best young singers, she was perhaps one of the most prolific.

-Thank you so much for this great award. I feel like one of the luckiest people, - Alicia Beth Moore commented.

The applause resonated as Alicia "Pink" smiled happily.

-Our turn is coming, - Connor whispered, much happier now, as the soloists followed, but since Billy was a soloist to fear, but registered as a group, the soloists went at their own pace. Billy was up against some of his acquaintances: Foo Fighters, The White Stripes, Train, and of course, Billy Carson.

-And the winner for Best Vocal Performance is Billy Carson, - commented Will.i.am, a member of the band The Black Eyed Peas.

-What a surprise, - Will.i.am murmured, somewhat playful. - I'm curious why a rock band is named after the vocalist, - he questioned, causing laughter.

As Billy climbed the stairs, he could only shrug. - Was it planned, or was it just a curious question? - Billy thought. Many times, it's the producers who plan out the entire event.

-It seems Billy doesn't know. Does anyone in his group have an idea? - Will.i.am commented to the audience.

As Billy reached Will.i.am, he laughed heartily, while the audience members chuckled. The brunette was lively and playful, like any rapper with a mischievous sparkle in his eyes.

-Did you hear that, buddy? - Will.i.am asked.

-Nothing to hear except congratulations, - Billy replied, downplaying the banter.

-Wow, - Will.i.am commented, handing the microphone to Billy, who accepted the Grammy in his hands, paying little attention to the audience. It was the eighth Grammy he had won in the last three years of being invited to this conference.

-Thanks to Jerry, the band, and my fans," Billy said, leaving the podium after a long glance at the audience, extending his arms, and smiling at them.

The following awards were given to Jeff Beck and Evanescence, Metallica. However, Billy won again for Best Rock Song for "Crazy" (Gnarls Barkley) and Best Rock Album for the album "Adventitious," leading Billy Carson to win the third Grammy of the night. It was already a brief triumph.

The night progressed, and the best events of the night arrived: Record of the Year. Among the many competitors were songs that would be considered hits for many eras: "Billy Carson - Vertigo (U2)," "Crazy in Love - Beyoncé," "Where Is the Love - The Black Eyed Peas," "Hey Ya - OutKast," and "Grown - Eminem."
