A dinner with a friend.

"It seems you are about to talk about a girl, if not what is the hesitation for? You always run your mouth no matter what unless it is well relationship talks" Auryn said as he placed the fishes over the fire to roast it.

"You won't understand!"

"Just say it already"

"Even Anna will be participating!" He shouted the hidden words in his heart as he closed his eyes in embarrassment.

"And What is that suppose to mean? Will it change a thing?"

"You are a moron and at the same time an idiot, why must you be like a stone? Of course it wouldn't change a thing but it will change a thing for me" Jack refuted Auryn.

"My my, what is it? Love?" Auryn said as he watch the flames burn.

"Uhm... Yeah... You see, I had to train and at least get enrolled in one, it will even be better if I could get a higher score than her"

"Hmm" Auryn just nodded his head.

"If I am to fail, I could forget about been with Anna, but I don't have the intention to fail or rather I can't fail!" He steeled his resolves.

"Nice speech, love boy. I am happy for you" Auryn said in his usual voice.

"Well I could have believe you if your voice sounded excited or you have a smile on your face" Jack snorted as he look at the flames too.

"Let's hope you can cook, if you dare burn the food, I will beat you up today"

"You might be tall and muscular but let's see you try" Auryn said as he glare at Jack.

"For real, I will beat you up"

"Alright alright, you are too noisy, I believe you can"

"What'd you say?"

"I say I believe you can"

They wait in silence as they waited for the food.

"Not to brag but I can cook better than your lovely Anna" Auryn suddenly said.

"What the hell did You say?!"

"I can bet, you can't even cook the fish and in the end you will feed us burnt fish that is all bitter, hmph! What a waste of ingredient" Jack snorted as he felt like smacking this idiot of a friend for real this time.

As they bicker for a bit and from time to time, Auryn went and turn the fish for the other side to be cooked too, an enticing aroma attack their noses, they all inhale at the same time as they look over to the Fish over the fire.

"It's time I made a soup so that we can eat it with some rice"

"Nah let's eat it already" Jack replies as he watched the mouth watering food before him.

"No if we eat the fish, with what will we eat the rice? Stone or sand?"

"Alright let me have just one!" Without even waiting for Auryn's approval he snatch one.

"What's the purpose of you asking in the first place?"

Aizen pour some oil and stir fried his ingredients for a while, he then add water slightly and add some curry powder in it.

Soon he's done with cooking and after adding some salts in it, it is finally ready.

"Finally!" Jack is about to grab another fish when Auryn slapped his hand away.

"If you are this impatient she might not like you" Auryn added.

"And what'd you know about love"

Auryn stay silent, this is indeed a question... He is not that different from an Ai, he never experienced friendship until he met this talkative of a person, Jack.

He never experienced love in his past life and neither does he have plans for it in this life too, so it is only right that jack say he knew nothing.

He also never experienced sadness or even anger for that matter, because to him than to be expressing anger or letting yourself experience sadness.

He could have put the time and his mind to better use and invent something new or sleep for that matter, he only knew one thing which is determination!

"Uh... Sorry, I shouldn't have said that" Jack apologized.

"It's nothing, you know me, I am never interested in trivial matters"

'So even love is a trivial matter to you? I pray that you get that one girl that will make you madly in love' Jack grinned from his thoughts.

"We can eat now" Auryn serve the food of which he took three fishes while giving two to Jack while not knowing Jack's thought, if not he will have deduct one fish from his plate!

"Why are you having three?"

Auryn face palm before saying, "You are one earlier, it is only logical you will eat two now while I ate three"

"Hmph! Selfishness is not good" Jack said as he ate his food.

"Hmph! I am been pretty more decent than you though" Auryn replied as he ate his food too.

After a while, Jack bid his farewell and is about to leave.

"Whether you like it or not, we are starting the training tomorrow and that includes you!" He pointed at Auryn.

"There's no way I can leave you behind, you must passed even if I had to drag you" Jack said as he grinned and left.

Auryn felt like smiling which he knew he will fail miserably at doing so, so he decided to silently acknowledge what Jack said.

'Since you are been so good, then I will make sure you are safe and pass the exams too. Let's pray you won't breakdown during the intense training' Auryn thought of many methods to train in his mind.
