Chapter 5
"Then let's start eating," Eleanor says to both Taylor and Joey.
The three teenagers starts to eat the pizza and snacks. Eleanor is literally the one trying to brighten up the situation, while Taylor and Joey just kept staring at each other in awkward manners. After an hour, the three teenagers have finally finished the pizza and snacks.
"Wow, I'm full," Taylor says before going to the kitchen to wash her hands.
"I don't think I'll have room for dinner tonight," Joey says before taking a final sip of his soda.
"Haha, then tell your parents that you got stuffed by the twins!" Eleanor says in a sarcastic tone.
"Haha, very funny sis," Taylor replies to her sister as she dries her hand with a small cloth.
"Eli's jokes are just as delicious as the pizza," Joey says while smirking at Eleanor, which made Eleanor blush a little.
"Wow, thanks! I'm flattered," Eleanor says while returning the smirk to Joey.
"Ok, enough with the smirking! Let's just clean this up before mom gets back," Taylor says while starting to pick up some empty cups of sodas.
"Yes, Miss," Joey says before making a pose like a soldier, causing the twins to start laughting at his action.
A few days later...
At school....
"Ugh, I'm glad the project with Mr Robert is finally done," Cheryl says to the girls. Like usual, they are sitting together at the cafeteria.
"Why is that, Cher?" Taylor ask Cheryl.
"Literally Tim didn't really help at all! All he did was just brag about his new car and whatever," Lillian replies to Taylor.
"Ugh..how did you girls even got him as a member of your team?" Eleanor ask.
"Literally..no one wants him," Cheryl replies to Eleanor.
"Oouch..." Taylor adds.
"What was that ladies?" a young teenage boy with brown hair says in a seductive manner. The girls turn their heads to see that it was none other than Tim Anderson!
"Hey Tim! I guess no one wants you," Taylor says to him in a sarcastic tone.
"Shut up, Tay! You'll be begging to go out with me once you see my new car!" Tim replies to Taylor in an arrogant manner. Obviously this made the girls feel sick.
"In your dreams, Tim! It takes more than a fancy car to go out with us," Eleanor says to Tim, before turning her head away to finish her lunch.
"Be careful what you said, Eli! One day you'll be begging to ride with me," Tim says, giving Eleanor a smirk she would regret seeing.
Eleanor turns her head to face Tim with annoyance in her face.
"First of all, I'm not interested in your car, Tim! And second, no one calls me Eli except Joey!"
"What? Is he your boyfriend or something?" Tim ask in an arrogant manner.
"No! But seriously, I would rather date him than to ride along with you in your NEW CAR!" Eleanor replies to Tim, feeling more annoyed with Tim now. Taylor looks at her sister with surprised eyes. Did she really say that she would pick Joey over Tim? Well, that was no surprise. Tim is a total annoyance at times.
"Mark my words, Eli! I'll make you ride with me like a dream," Tim says, looking as if he's mad right now.
"Which is only a dream, Tim," Eleanor replies sarcastically, making Tim leave the girls table in fury.
"Woah," Taylor says in complete shock.
"That was sooo brave of you El! No girl has ever been brave enough to turn down Tim Anderson that way," Lillian says to Eleanor.
"What is he? A bully or something? I don't get it why we need to be afraid of him," Eleanor says.
"Well..he's not exactly THAT type of bully. Yeah, often times girls turn him down since he's a total boy acting man, but no girl has ever turn him down like you! That was epic," Cheryl adds.
"Well, you know my twin sister! She's epic," Taylor says while smiling to Eleanor.
"Haha, thanks, Tay! But seriously, I just don't like it when Tim, or any other annoying guys, tries to hit on us. Ugh, I think it's annoying," Eleanor says.
The girls continues to talk about other stuff during lunch.
After school...
"Mom said she'll arrive in about 10 minutes. She had to finish some work before earlier," Taylor says to Eleanor. The twins are now waiting outside the school for their mom to pick them up. They were just waiting when Tim approaches them.
"Hey pretty girls," Tim says while giving both Taylor and Eleanor his usual flirty smirk."So..waiting for your mom?" he continues with a cheesy smile.
"Yeah," Taylor replies to Tim, not even bothering to move her eyes to see him.
"You know that I'm the type of guy who knows what I want, right?" Tim asks the girls. This made both Eleanor and Taylor confuse, and decides to look at him in the face.
"What do you mean?" Eleanor asks him in curiousity.
Tim walks closer to Eleanor, making their faces only inches apart from each other.
"The way you talked back to me was pretty brave, Eli! But let me tell you this..If I want you, I'm gonna HAVE you!" he says before he quickly grabs her right arm and pulls her away. Taylor got shocked and chased after the two. Taylor finally got a hold of Eleanor's left arm.
"Let her go Tim! You're horrible," Taylor screams as she struggles to pull Eleanor from him.
"Make me, Tay," Tim screams back and keeps pulling.
"SOMEONE HELP!!" Eleanor screams in pain. Both her arms are in pain, and she was so tired of screaming and fighting to get away from Tim."Let go of me, Tim!" Eleanor shouts.
"Never ever Eli! It's better you just shut up and follow me to my NEW CAR!!" Tim's high pitch voice tinkles both Taylor and Eleanor's ears. He continues pulling Eleanor again, however, he was than stop by a figure he surely knew.
"Let her go, Tim," the guy says to Tim.
