happiness

There once was a person who lived a life that was full and long. Then they died. It sucked. but their ghost was lost and confused. It sucked. He met up with an Indian guru to try and find himself again. But he couldn't and it sucked still. When he could not find the guru he went to the home that was once was his. He saw a young couple with a newborn child and felt happy at first, then he felt as though he was missing out on so much. It sucked. You know what didn't suck? He had an unlimited supply of Reeses cups. That most certainly did not suck. When he thought of the smooth peanut butter and the chocolate coating he felt a bit happier. He then proceeded to go and register as a spirit. he had to wait in a REALLY long line but eventually he made it to the front. As he opend his mouth to speak the receptionist interrupted "I'm sorry we are closed" then abruptly slammed the window closed and walked away. Why does everything have to suck so bad? The next day the office was closed. Apparently it was a holliday. So the new spirit went to the mortal world and did all of the things he did not get the chance to do while he was still alive. The spirits wife had died 6 years 2 months and 16 days before he died so he tried looking for her. The spirit searched and searched for days on end but all was in vain. He could not find her, not on top of the tallest mountain of in the deepest part of the sea. He had searched everywere. Now he thought that she had moved on. This made him sad and his ghost body became even more transparent. He did not noice this at first but as he bumped into another spirit he saw that she was glowing. She seemed happy and looked young. She looked familiar, almost like his wife when they met. Then the Idia struck him, could this be his wife? He could not know unless he asked but before he could she ran into him and tightly embraced him. He hugged her back as they both fell to the floor in a sobbing mess of happiness. As he was about to stand up he heard whimpering and as he looked behind him he saw the puppy they raised together. He again broke down in tears as the puppy came running over. He laughed as tears spilled out of his eyes. "honey I was looking for you" she said. His life no longer sucked as the three of them spent the rest of eternity together.
