Did something Wrong

CHAPTER 6

He looked down at her sleeping face lovely. Her long eyelashes grazed the top of her cheeks. Her soft, full lips were red. Her cheeks were pink and soft. He felt his heart flutter as he watched her. He then tucked her hair behind her ear before he lean down, closed his eyes and placed a soft kiss on her lips.

The sound of her heartbeat was like a calming melody for his broken soul. It had been many centuries of solitude.

He opened his eyes after kiss her and caressing her cheek. He straight his back when he see some movement on her; and hold her small fair hand.

Her long lashes trembled before her eyes opened. She blinked a couple of times before she realized that she was in strange room.

When Mike saw her wake up. He kissed her knuckled lovingly.

June look at him in confusion. the seen from early started to come back from her mind like a strong wind; she widened her eyes in shock and push his hand away. She shouted in horror when she see that she only wear a man shirt and their only two of them in the room.

"Who are you? And what do you did to me?" June heart stirred when she glanced up. He was so handsome that she forget how to breathe.

The man's blue, brooding eyes narrowed down at her in displeasure.

June chest grew heavy with recognition. Her eyes began to water from the pain, as if she had gone through the worst bad life. It felt like the world abondan her and all hope was lost in thin air.

The man was astonishingly familiar.

Mike was busy stare at her beautiful big green eyes when he see her crying. Looked at him like she know him from many years.

"Are you okay" Mike touch her hand with worry look on his face "Why are you crying?"

June freeze in shock and stare at him like she saw a alien. Why didn't he recognized me; is he the one whom came to my dream every night and talking with me?.

"Tell me. Why are you crying? Did I do something wrong?" Mike asked her but is like he ask himself because he knew he didn't do anything wrong that will make her cry "Please stop cry." he wipe her tears that fell down like water.

"I felt so much pain when I see you crying. So please stop cry, and if your crying because you think that I sleeping with you. No I can't do that to you without your permission. I'm not a bad person so calm down; if your ask yourself about who I am_ I can tell you everything about me" he told her with worry but sweet voice.

As if people's will believe him when he said he was not a bad person.

She have many questions to ask him but she keep quiet like she was waiting for him to saying something.

Mike keep holding her hand and looked at her; he sigh and start to say "Your my mate, my world and the one I will spend the rest of my life with" he continue after he see her confusion look "I don't know how to tell you but.. your my 'Mate'"

June widened her eyes; but soon she recovery in her shock and say with calm voice "So your the one whom came to my dream?"

What do you mean?"

"Since I turn eighteen I start to have strange dream about a man who came into my dream and.." June closed her eyes for a second and continue " I don't want to say that... So your saying that your my mate?"

Mike was eager to know everything but, he stop after she say that she doesn't want to talk about that. he nod his head in understanding.

An akward silence surrounded the room. Make June feel suffocate; she clean her throat and asked him to make sure "So am your 'Mate?'"

"My soulmate" Mike answered, there was happiness and pride that laced in his voice as he looked at June with his eyes that filled with admiration. "You're my life" he added and kiss her hand.

June want to refuse but she feel something in her heart stop her and when she remember the books she read about wolf. That they only have one mate in there life.

She seat well and hold his hand tight "I don't know much about your kind and I will like you to tell me more about that... And I can't tell you now that I love you already because I don't know you" June looked at him closer like she wants to memorize his face "Maybe when I got to know you I will love you.. but first tell me about your kind and yourself also"

Mike feel pang of pain in his heart but after thinking. He feel that she makes sense; because they really doesn't know each other so it's okay for her to saying that and also she was a human so she don't feel the bond like him.

"I'm June Smith, and you what's is your name?" June asked him while look at him like she doesn't want to miss any of his expression.

"Mike Cruz."
