birthday present

when I got in the car my mom said we where going to the store, I asked why she said it was because it was dad's birthday and we need to get him a birthday present when mom said the I got really excited because it was a chance I could give him something for taking me in and started to think about what I should get him while I was last in my thoughts we had already arrived at the store we went into the store and I looked all through it and didn't find anything that I liked for dad, then i thought I could just make him something the first thing I thought of was a book so I thought I could make him a small book. so I got all the supplies to make it and went home to get started. it took me a while to figure out what I wanted the book to be about but eventually I figured it out what I wanted the book to be about, it was us going to the fair and riding that rides. when I got home I started to make the book after I was finished I put it in a small box and wrapped it, at the end of the day we had a party for dad and I gave him my present he looked through the book when he was done he smiled at me and said I love it thank you, I hugged him and said happy birthday, dad.
