Pokemon: Magnemite (Light Green)

"Magnemite!"

"Grovyle!"

"Energy ball, leafage!"

"Electro ball, thunder wave!"

Both Grovyle and Magnemite hearing their trainers, use their moves energy ball and electro ball. Both moves canceling each other out on impact making a small dust cloud.

Grovyle trying to take advantage of the dust cloud, to close in the distance between the two to deal damage, uses agility to speed around the dust cloud. Magnemite on alert uses a large scale thunder wave without Grovyle knowing hoping to get a direct hit.

Grovyle now near Magnemite tries to close in for a leafage but gets hit with a direct thunder wave. Grovyle tanking the hit still goes the leafage and gets a weak direct hit as paralysis takes its effect.

"Magnemite, use volt switch!" Watts on says knowing that Rookie has a fire type Ace Pokemon from the Rookie tournament so he preserves his Magnemite.

Magnemite hearing his trainer uses a quick volt switch to get himself out of the battle. Grovyle still feeling the effects of the paralysis gets hit in the arm, just after this occurs a red light takes Magnemite away (Volt switch is able to switch out the Pokemon even if the attack misses it's just that it can only be used once in a battle).

"Return Grovyle, it's your turn now Mudkip." Brendan says. Brendan wanting to stimulate Mudkips evolution this battle sends him out next, and for the reason of getting Mudkip more battle experience. Nothing can go wrong with more experience right?

Wattson a little surprised by Brendan's next Pokemon sends out his own. "It's yer turn now Voltorb." Wattson says.

Pokemon: Voltorb (Orange)

"Vol Voltorb!" Voltorb coming out of the Pokeball is a little bit aggressive for some reason. Brendan seeing this confuses him a little. Wattson seeing Brendan's confusion speaks.

"I just caught this little guy in the power plant back a week ago, for some reason the electric current there was very aggressive, sometimes the energy spiking." Wattson says remembering seeing all the flickers of lightning he saw when doing his checkup of the abandoned place. "Your ain't here to listen to me speak so I'm gonna start this time, Voltorb use thunder shock."

"Mudkip use rock throw!" Brendan shouts. Voltorb using thunder shock is quickly countered and stoped by slow hurling rock that on the way to Voltorb. Voltorb seeing this rolls to the side and dodges. The agry Voltorb not waiting for any commands goes for another thunder shock.

"Mudkip use Protect, then rock slide!" Mudkip making a barrier in front of itself to defend itself from a incoming thunder shock is almost fully successful but is grazed a little bit on the side of it's leg dealing minimal damage. Mudkip now with the opportunity uses rock slide.

"Voltorb use rollout to dodge the rocks." Wattson calls out casually.

Mudkip using rock energy to command the rocks starts letting go of them making a bunch start stampeding in the direction of Voltorb. Voltorb trying it's best to dodge the rocks with rollout isn't successful, dodging two boulders before getting hit by three boulders directly causing Voltorb to faint.

Right after this a bright white glow starts to envelop the cute little blue Mudkip. "Kiiiiip!" Mudkip shouts out, adrenaline currently getting to the little Mudkip.

After a few more seconds you can see the little creature start to change shape and after a while transform in a taller being.

"Marsh Mashtomp!" Brendan seeing this is over the moon right now, being able to see his favourite of the three royal starters of Hoenn evolve is amazing to him (Charmander and Mudkip best starters to ever be introduced no arguments needed. Chimchar and Froakie come pretty close).

"Your Pokemon are monsters, I wouldn't be surprised if they are able to become quasi-champion level Pokemon at the minimum in their peak condition in the future." Wattson exclaims, not too surprised as Brendan is one of the prospect talents of this generation. "Okay it's your turn again Magnemite."

Wattson getting Magnemite's Pokeball sends it out again. "Magnemite!" It buzzes.

Brendan, with adrenaline from the intense back and forth between the fights starts with the first move. "Use Mud-slap."

Marshtomp hearing this goes for a Mud-slap. Marshtomp quickly getting a piece dirt from the gyms battlefield enhances it with energy and throws it. Wattson seeing this tells Magnemite to use protect. Magnemite now on the defence successfully uses protect blocking the Mud-slap.

"Magnemite use gyroball." Wattson says, Wattson without too many options left as he hasn't taught Magnemite any TM moves as he's currently building Magnemite's foundations right now not trying to ruin its potential by overloading it with moves.

"Marshtomp dodge then use a point blank mud-slap."

Marshtomp hearing this nods, Magnemite now closing in as a ball with metal energy hurling itself at Marshtomp gets a hit as Marshtomp isn't adapted to his body yet. Magnemite thinking it can get another hit goes for another gyroball just for it to miss as Marshtomp finally dodges. Marshtomp with the opportunity now hits the Magnemite with two point blank mud-slaps.

"Marshtomp!"

Magnemite not being able to handle all of the damage faints from the two direct mud-slaps.

Another chapter made by yours truly on phone with minimal access to wifi right now. Sorry if the chapter is a bit iffy I couldn't really edit this so I'll have to re check all the chapters I upload that are made on phone.

My Mum and Dad got Covid somehow so that's fun. Mum doesn't have it anymore so that's nice. The Jolibee 100% worth it though, amazing sh*t.

Still don't know how I got my ass dragged into the plane to another country should of stayed home. I regret coming but I can't change the past lmao.
