However, this hesitation didn't last for long as she suddenly heard the sound of a forest rabbit approaching from behind. Even if she wanted to retreat at this point in time, there would be no way to do so without being noticed-

And with this in mind, Scaly jumped out from her cover directly towards the big forest rabbit with a missing leg. Taking full advantage of the fact that it had its movement hindered by its missing leg to slip past it and into the group of injured forest rabbits before it had a chance to stop her!
