Roderick's question hung in the air as the trio contemplated their next move. The room was filled with an anticipatory silence. The scent of parchment and ink mingled with the bitter-sweet aroma of Tsaria, filling the room with a familiar sense of comfort and familiarity.

It was Thane who first broke the silence. "I see the merits of the laboratory. It's a substantial investment in our student's futures. Such a facility could greatly enhance their practical learning experiences."

Elara perked up at this, her green eyes sparkling with excitement. "Exactly! Just think about it! A specialized lab with who knows how advanced tools, who knows what kind of experiments and enchantments we could run. Plus, it would attract more students." She added meekly.

Roderick smiled, appreciating their perspective. "Seems like we're all on the same page then. Let's proceed with the lab."
