Chapter LXXXIV - Dawn of the Second Day
Artox howled in pain as the pillar of flames consumed his entire body. He attempted to heal himself, but the potency was utterly overshadowed, and his health could not be restored in enough time. After a moment, his health plummeted as he fell to the ground, burnt to a crisp.
The burns seared through his remaining health as he unleashed a blood-curdling scream in frustration as his body digitized and he was logged out. Bromir and Picanto turned when they heard the scream and their rage overtook their reasoning as they completely abandoned the hulking monstrosity.
The inspiration they received upon seeing Artox deal with the Grand Lich quickly disappeared into complete despair upon his defeat. Picanto lit one of his last grenades as he lobbed it at Matea, who promptly launched herself into the air to avoid the blast radius.
