Chapter LVI - Production!

Marcus groaned as the alarm was ringing on the nightstand next to his bed. He groggily reached his hand out from under the blanket and struggled tapping the surface of the nightstand as the alarm continued to blare loudly. He huffed in frustration and sat up shutting off the alarm and threw the blanket off his as he adjusted to sit on the edge of the bed.

"Why did I even set that stupid alarm?" He said rubbing the sleep from his eyes. He stretched and stood up heading into the bathroom and freshened up for the day before heading downstairs.

"How goes your game sweetie?" His mother asked and he smiled at her and grabbed her arm and gave her a soft squeeze in response sitting down and taking a sip of juice.

"It's going well, I finally launched my Guild and we are growing rapidly!" Marcus said with enthusiasm. His sister rolled her eyes as his mom gave an awkward smile.

"I don't know what that is sweetie..." She said before returning to her breakfast.
