Reaching Out

A boy left all alone in the world after being abandoned by his mother in a poor clan that treated him harshly because he started showing signs of being different from other kids and the people around him. With him being ostracized more and more he became less and less of the cheerful young kid he use to be until eventually turning discreet and mute around others in hopes that they would stop being scared of him. Though that plan never worked out for him and, in the end he was left to strive on his own as best as he could in the environment he was left in. He explored the towns library and any books he could find in his Clan even if they were useless. Years on years of doing such things eventually led him into stumbling across a book that would help push him towards the thing he wanted the most. "The Basic Guide To The Astral Path" This book may not of been special to anyone in the long run but, it was to him because, it was his new beginning. With this new path available to him would he be able to push through all the obstacles and hardships waiting for him or in the end will he stumble and fall? Control Of The Situation

She hated to do such a thing but she didn't have much choice at the moment. "How can we be this unlucky." Killing another while dodging a blade of wind from another's attack, thoughts ran through her head however she never got too far away from Tearia's side. "I think I need help..." Hating where she predicted this to go she tried to think of over possibilities but nothing came to her. She was going to need a miracle otherwise. Beginning to generate some Astral Space through her body she blocked a sword attack before pushing it back as she shouted at Tearia. "This is your chance." For the both of them.

"Hey Tearia, you can fight right?"

Panicking slightly hearing that question she stuttered as she got her answer out.

"I c-can, why?"

"Then I'm going to need your help taking care of the ones who remain after this."

"Wait what, what are you talking about?"

Looking at Felli with some confusion she didn't quite understand what she meant until she felt a giant wave of Astral Energy travel across the room. "What's she trying to do?" Clearly this energy was coming from her but Tearia didn't quite understand it. "What is she doing..No not the time, she wanted me to fight so I need to be ready regardless." Shoving her useless thoughts to the side she generated some weak lightning in her hands as she waited for what was going to happen next. "Don't do anything to stupid." Even if she just met Felli recently she had grown quite fond of her if nothing else and didn't want to see her get hurt just for her sake but she might have been too late for that.

"damn scum."

Feeling it finally built up enough to do some damage Felli released it all at once and spread it across the room stopping even Xilo in his tracks as another one died to his attacks. Halting the room in its tracks she finally grabbed the Leaders attention as they stopped eyeing each other and slowly turned to face Felli. "I don't think this will stop them completely since it's so spread out but it'll help Tearia a bit at least." Locking down an entire room and crushing their bones with people of all kinds of strength wasn't easy for her now especially with them now resisting once they felt the pressure hit. "Each and every single one of them needs to die now." If she let any of them escape it was going to bring a lot of trouble for her.

If before they couldn't tell she had Space Element then now it was plainly obvious to everyone in the room and if one of them escaped then she was in a world of pain without her mother. "Tearia...I'm sorry but i'm going to make you do something you dislike it seems." She wanted to help Tearia get better and take control of her life however now she was going to have to force Tearia to do something she hated. "Kill someone." She saw the way she reacted when they saw the corpse before, so she knew it was obvious Tearia hadn't killed anyone before let alone seen death however now she was going to be surrounded by it. If she wasn't mentally strong enough then she might break after this but she had faith. "You're his Granddaughter after all." No one that belonged to his family could be that weak.

"I'm sorry to ask you this Tearia but please....fight them and kill them. I can't do much else like this."

Watching the whole room fall to their knees due to the change of the space around them she heard words that sent a cold shiver down her spine. "...Kill them?" Just thinking about that made her knees weak but did she really have a choice here. "Why don't we just run now though?" She didn't quite understand it at first until she heard Felli's next words.

"They can't know about my Space Element, They'll chase after me to the end of time if need before its use."

"Is it that important?"

"Unfortunately It is."

Looking back and forth between Felli and everyone in the room as they collapsed Tearia's mind went a little chaotic as she tried to think about what to do. However her body still moved forward just fine despite the gravity. "Yet I Feel just as heavy." Slowly moving forward she felt like the world was crashing down on her as she tried to figure out what to do. "I have to kill them don't I." If not she was going to put herself and her new friend in danger. "What would Xilo do." Thinking that she remembered back to the bodies she saw lying down in the hall when she first found him again and sighed. "I guess that answer is obvious." Recalling that fear she felt being in front of Xilo for the first time again she walked in front of the first person that was closest to her and raised her fist in the air.

"no."

Hearing him leak out the silent voice she flinched as she stood there and charged up more lightning. "I hate this." With that thought in mind she stabbed forward into the man's chest without anything else to stop her as she closed her eyes, not willing to look.

"No."

However she never felt her hand make any kind of impact nor did she hear the sounds of a dying man, Instead she looked up to see a man's face she long thought would never appear at this moment.

"X...il....o…?"

Looking at his white hair as he grabbed her hand while his face scrunched up in pain she didn't know what was happening however his presence calmed her despite everything that was going on around them.

"It's alright...I'll take it from here."

Canceling out her Lightning he put her hand down and turned towards the man she was about to kill.

Enjoy.
