Quantum Order

After Earth's destruction, its only survivor, a now eighteen years old boy, named Akin Damijo, finds himself in the middle of a galactic war. With a huge conspiracy surrounding the Galactic Foundation, it is time for someone to prevent the greatest of evils. He will show the galaxy that he can be more than "The Last Human." Once a victim of cowardliness, he will rise to be a hero. Follow Akin on his journey, seeing step by step how he became a legend in the galaxy. Akin was exactly five years old, when he saw from a distance his family and planet being destroyed in front of him. At eighteen, he joined the Galactic Foundation of Catoq, a central organization in the Milky Way that acts as an observer government. The Catoq wars were taking place at the time, similar to the first and second world wars at Earth, but on a universal scale. At twenty-one, he finds himself in the midst of a war far more complicated than imagined. Betrayals, friendships, corruption, he will deal with all this if he wants to save his friends, family and the galaxy. NOTE-. "Three..."

Milky Way Date: Year 3752, Famona 19th, Galactic Foundation of Catoq Calendar (3752, G.F.C.C); Year 2038, September 19th, After The Great Disaster (2038, A.G.D)

Milky Way Location: Aasani System, Galactic Foundation of Catoq Area, The High Wasp fleet.

Planet: AFG-1789-II

The Catoq wars have intensified even more in the past three years. Political pressures in the food and ballistic transport sectors have shaken entire galactic systems, taking the Catoq wars beyond the Aaroine system.

Galactic wars bear that name thanks to the lost planet of Catoq. They say that its inhabitants were glorious, they lived and slept under wars, undefeated. In any case, no one can prove the existence of the planet or its system. The Foundation has no records of the beginning of the first Catoq wars, nor even the end, just the middle of history.

Three days had passed since his admission to the space fleet, and Akin could not forget his nightmare. In fact, in the past three days the boy has barely slept, every time he closes his eyes he is flooded with the same nightmare again. The eyeless girl watches him, drenched in blood. Her mouth is torn and bathed in strong blood, and again, she throws herself off the small wall. Akin tries to grab her, failing, being pulled to his death one more time.

And always at the end a whisper.

"Find the Quantum Order."

What would that Quantum Order be?

Akin has spent the past few days examining any and all records in the Foundation's data, trying to find something about it, unfortunately in vain. At first, the boy hadn't taken his nightmare seriously, but having six equal nightmares within three days should mean something. And who are THEY? and why are THEY after him? He growled to himself.

The girl had mentioned Hamuswan, that should mean something. But... what if it was just an ordinary nightmare?

Akin was deep in thought, walking down the cold, metallic corridor, leaning against an electronic door that led directly to Vantner's room. Suddenly, the door opened to reveal the purple girl standing in front of the other side of the door, while Akin balanced on the metal wall to keep from falling on the floor.

"What are you doing there?" She raised her eyebrows trying to understand. "Nothing to worry about." Akin said pursing his own lips.

"And you, what are you doing there?" He asked. "I am one hundred percent sure that this is my room, which explains why I am here." She said with raised shoulders. "Thus, we have another training today—The captain said it would be practical. We better hurry up."

Akin and Vantner headed for the ship's landing bridge. They were the last to arrive, largely because Vantner was unable to find her wrist computer. The site was immense, capable of housing a total of ten medium spacecraft. The High Wasp had certainly seen better days, however, it was still an incredibly expensive ship.

"Soldiers," Captain Sonomott said as all of the new graduates came into position, marching. "Today is the first day of practical training. In the last two days you have been evaluated with theoretical training, it's time to show what you are capable of."

They then proceeded to another room, also huge. It was divided into other smaller rooms, where they would be separated into groups each. Akin, Galeg, Veiggo, Vantner, Blavius and Avey were the only ones in the 6th class who stayed together. The choice of teams was random, the captain of the training squad was the one who chose them. And for them, it was Captain Sonomott.

Another girl was also placed on the training team. Her name was Pamil Yorun, she studied at another foundation academy in the Tanhus system. She had pale green skin, with dark green patches on her face. Thick lip and yellow eyes, with hair that looked like octopus tentacles. And they moved.

The Foundation developed a new type of armor for a new generation of soldiers. It was made with a mixture of Kannium and Jesker metals, making the armor hard as a stone, however, the presence of Jesker made the piece light, which facilitated the user's movement. The helmet was made of the same materials, with a greenish yellow tempered glass. It had a support for small and large energy weapons. And the most surprising in the opinion of all those present, wings. Not real wings, of course, they were made of a thin and very light fabric, almost like a feather, that stretched enough for the arms and legs to spread, resembling a wing jumpsuit. The armor was designed as a way of quick entry into land battles.

Each of them had already done intensive studies on the new armor. The last two days have been devoted to that. The armor had only been tested with the artificial intelligence tool and now it was the turn of the guinea pigs.

They.

Everyone was already dressed, it was time to put it into practice. Each one sat in a safety chair in the room, using the seat belt to keep themselves locked.

"You have already simulated this in theoretical training, but we will review it again. Pay attention." The captain said sharply.

He explained that the ground he was on would open the moment the belts were released automatically. They would fall from space into the atmosphere of the training planet, in possession of the Foundation, flying over the area and landing. A small ship would come down and pick them up later.

And then, a count started. "One..." The robotic voice said.

Akin looked nervous, and looking around realized that he wasn't the only one, Vantner breathed through his mouth quickly while Blavius held himself firmly in his chair.

"Two..." The robotic voice echoed through their ears.

Veiggo felt incredible, it was like he was participating in an action movie. Avey and Pamil remained calm all the time.

Akin took a deep breath, trapping the air inside his lungs and...

"Three..."

Then, the floor opened.
