Secret Revealed

    It has been hours since the arrival of the Prince, he just stood outside our cell, gazing and contemplating my whole appearance. Then in an instant he got inside the cell, standing so near to me that I can feel the steady beating of his heart.

    "You really looked like her, but you still denied that you are not her daughter." He said and I can feel the exasperation in his voice.

   "I don't know what you are talking about, just let us go, you are mistaken about my identity. I am not what you think I am, please you have me why can't you allow my friends to go home." I said to him disgusted just looking at his devilish handsome face.

    "So are you telling me that this woman here is lying about you?" You don't know who she is right? You helped her get out of her own cell, without knowing that she was the one who is responsible for your captivity, if not for her, we will not know that you are studying at the academy." He said looking at me without blinking his eyes.

     "Don't you realized how important she is in our kingdom? She will be our guide to take down the kingdom you are trying to claim. Erthesia Kingdom is not yours to take Malia, I know you are harnessing your true power to take hold of what is rightfully yours, but you didn't realize that you will fall in love with the crown prince. Am I right Princess?" He said to me in a loud voice.

    "What a pathetic love story, it is worse than your parents. Just give in to me now Princess so that everything will be easy, let me take you as my wife so that you will not be confused anymore. I promised to give you everything you want, all you need to do is be the mother of my children." He said and it made me felt goosebumps all over my skin.

   "For your information I don't have any plan of taking anyone's crown because I don't have any right to do so, besides I am only half human, and most of all I will only marry for love, and I will never marry someone like you, you are nothing but a selfish monstrous jerk." I said angrily to him.

   Then he slapped me strongly from left to right. My whole face is stinging with pain, but I continued looking at him angrily, I can feel the taste of blood in my mouth. I don't want him to think that I am so weak, I tried to control the tears that started to fall from my eyes.

   "Sorry for that Princess, I don't want to hurt your lovely face, but you really provoked me, I never knew that you are a feisty one, not only beautiful, I like that behavior for my woman, you really qualified Malia, everything in you is on my checklist for my wife to be." He said grinning at me.

  "Stop pretending Malia, I know who you are, I can feel the strong power and magic that you are concealing within the inner part of your body and soul.

   "Allow me to let you taste a little of my magic Malia." He said looking into my eyes. Then I started to feel differently, He is using his power so that I will lose control of my own emotion, he is trying to control my mind. I don't want him to know who I am, I tried to block him from entering my core. I was able to hide my deepest secret, but what I can't fight is the urge to touch him and to feel his lips.

    I know he is using a strong spell over me so that I can't refuse to his bidding. I wanted to stay far away from him, but I can't move my feet, and my body is longing to be touched by him, suddenly I wanted to kiss his lips, I know that he is only tricking me, I felt so helpless by his magic manipulating my body and mind.

    Prince Lucian touched my face, then my lips, and neck. I felt so hopeless, no one is around to help me overcome his power. Oh! No, he is going to kiss me, but before his lips touch mine, I see someone is coming on our way at a speed of a bullet, we are all blinded by the lights coming from his wings, then I heard his angelic voice, when he descended to the cell ground my tears of happiness fell on my pale face, he is safe, and he finally came to save me again.

    "Touch her one more time Lucian, or I will kill you." Flynn said in an angry voice, he is now facing Lucian ready to attack.

"Easy there Flynn, I heard she is your girlfriend, I didn't expect the golden boy of Erthesia will fall for his rival of the crown, don't tell me you already fell in love with the Erthesia's Crown Princess?" Asked Lucian in a sarcastic manner. I can see the looked of surprised and hurt, in Flynn's face, his demeanor change, I can see his hands are shaking, things are getting worse, I wanted to tell Flynn about it, but it is too late now.

    "Well! Looking at your shocked reaction Flynn I could tell that you don't know anything about her at all. This is interesting, you lied to your boyfriend?" He then turned his eyes to me and asked me, I know he uses this chance to make Flynn's mind shambles.

"Malia is it true? Are you the Lost Princess? Are you the Fairy Spektra?" Flynn asked me, he sounded so wounded and lost.

Before I can reply to Flynn's question, the Dark Prince gets hold of my neck, and aim his hand to Flynn, I can feel the dark energy coming from his body, instantaneously, Flynn avoided his dark magic and spread his wings. The gentlemen started to release their dark magic to Flynn.

     Flynn was able to counter their attacks, at the same time he strikes at them using his power while his superior aura is spreading the entire cell, the continuous release of his fireballs made some dark men stumbled to the ground in pain.

"Don't hurt her." Flynn shouted, he is still firing his magic to the men in black robes, but he is outnumbered, no matter how quick, and strong he is, there are hits he cannot avoid, specially the attacked of Prince Lucian. I know he is using too much power sooner than later, his energy will weaken, and he will be lost to them. We will all be captured.

    I have nothing to hide from Flynn anymore, now that he knows the truth about me, I can use my power to save us all, I know things will never be same again between us, after all this, my heart is in pain just thinking about losing him.

Flynn is on the verge of losing, I can see blood gushing all over his body, his beautiful face is not exempted from the brutal attacked of the Prince of the Dark Kingdom, and Walter.

Lucian secured me on the left side of the cell, he removed the ropes bound in my whole body, but he tied my wrists and feet with another dark ropes. Then he started firing black magic in the direction of Flynn, he attempted to get me, but failed due to the constant hitting of the gentlemen in black robes in addition to the continual beating of Prince Lucian.

Flynn is doing all this to save me, and so far I did nothing. I am only thinking about him and our relationship, life of Declan and Analiza are also at stake here, when did I become so selfish? I focus on calling my magical power, I feel my outrage for Lucian and his men fueling the tingling sensation coming from my inner core. My beautiful, indestructible wings come out with grandeur.

The brightness of my wings dominated all the light within the vicinity, Flynn and Lucian temporarily got stuck midair gazing on my direction, while Walter fly unsteadily, and the men in black robes are covering their eyes with their hands, I realized only the powerful can face me if I am on this state, where my power is building inside my body and ready for release.

I have broken the sturdy braided dark ropes that tied my wrists and feet in an instant, and with one blow I was able to free Declan and Analiza from the dark ropes that prevented them from moving, They are immediately on their feet and glided towards my direction, and Declan removed the covering of his mouth. I felt relieved that my magic works.

    As if Lucian and Walter came back to their senses they are now back to back from each other, their wings are forming a bond, as if they are giving each other support. Walter is still facing Flynn, they are fighting one another in the highest level, while Lucian is staring at me with a murderous smile in his face.

    "Wow! You turn me on Princess! I never feel this to anyone, You make me feel so alive, I will definitely make you mine." He said sending a dark light towards me, but I dodged, and at the same time I materialized daggers from my mind and launched to his men fluidly, they all fell on the ground simultaneously.

    "That is impressive Princess! They are all skilled warriors! Now you are making me angry! My father wants you to be alive, and I myself want to taste you, but if you don't behave yourself I will not hesitate to kill you." He said with sinister looked all over his face.

    "I'd rather die than to be at your mercy, what is wrong with you? Why can't you leave us alone." I said to him trying to buy some time to escape.

    "Ha! Ha! Ha! You injured my pride Princess, I am likable, I am as handsome as your boyfriend, I can give you everything you want, and I am free, not betrothed to anyone, why do you like someone who is taken already?" He laughed mischievously, and said those things trying to hurt my feelings, and to destroy my concentration, obviously he is cunning, yet he miscalculated me, he doesn't know that when I am angry that is the time I am more powerful.

    "You are so gullible Princess, don't you know that he was only playing with your heart?"

     Honestly, he got me, my tears fall down on my cheeks, I remember how Avery did all this for me, she will become Flynn's fiancee in the near future. It made me angrier, I summoned all my remaining power within myself, then I surged at him and I caught him off guard.

I heard Flynn and Declan's plea at the same time.

"Malia! Don't."

It was too late, I am too angry and hurt to listen to anyone. I pushed Lucian in the chest utilizing my right hand using all the strength that I have, l am aware that fairies fight as far away from their opponent, but I am different, I fight in close range. I can feel the overflowing of electric current coming from the depths of my fairy soul, it made Lucian passed through the cell and propelled to the ceiling and then his body hit the cave wall.

We heard a loud thud when his body finally hit the ground, his body is covered with fragments of rocks, stalactites, and stalagmites. Walter stopped fighting Flynn and came hurtling towards the motionless body of Lucian, then swiftly they vanished into thin air.

I never felt so tired and relieved in my whole life, I want to go to Flynn, but my steps faltered and I stopped on my mid stride. The last thing I remember is the pretty face of Flynn, he is just in time to catch me before I stumble to the cave floor.
