Chapter 6

It was 6 PM when Tye pulled out the same hologram projector from two weeks ago, the reason he was doing this inside was that it was raining heavily since the afternoon, and he waiting until now since he thought it would stop raining by now.

He already taught Bedivere about nen and opened his aura nodes, since he wasn't a fighting type nor a species of Pokemon that instinctively uses Aura, it took a while longer for him to come in control of his open nodes.

Lancelot and Bedivere are respectively standing beside each other, as the projector booted up and showed a blank slate.

"It took a while to return back to Nen since I had to teach both of you how to fight instead of through yourself at your opponents."

In the earlier days, both of them had no clue about footwork, balance or throw or land hits, and a multitude of other things, it was a good thing that they were Pokemon instead of humans.

"The next principle of Nen is Zetsu, TEN is about controlling your Aura that's naturally leaving your body and shrouding your entire body with it, Zetsu is the complete opposite of that, it is completely closing your Aura nodes stopping any Aura function."

Tye paused right there and studied their expressions, They both were confused about the implications of what he said,

"Now your most likely thinking that if you are no longer using TEN, wouldn't your body be weak to Aura-based attacks?"

Lancelot nodded while Bedivere hummed in agreement.

"Yes that is the case, especially considering you have to shut off the Aura nodes in your eyes, and thus you cannot see Aura, but since you are no longer shrouded by your own Aura, you will notice other people's Aura, allowing you to better sense Aura, and other people can sense your own Aura, giving you the ability to track others without them noticing since everyone can sense Aura to small scale."

"Zetsu is also useful in situations where you aren't hiding or tracking someone since you are stopping the outflow of Aura and keeping it all in yourself, you are able to heal faster, have more endurance, and amplify the slower aging effect of TEN since you are not giving your Aura a chance to leave your body."

"Now just like last time, activate TEN." The two did as told and activated TEN, while Tye made his own visible.

"To do Zetsu, you to close yourself off from fully focusing on the outside world, while doing this I'll keep my own TEN activated so you can sense it."

Lancelot closed his eyes as his TEN wavered and flickered through forms, after a minute passed, only his right hand was in a state of Zetsu, while the rest of the aura became unstable and returned back to its natural flow, including his hand.

With Bedivere now, he was able to do something close to the principle of Zetsu, but there were inconsistencies, such as parts of his body would start letting out Aura, and once he closes those another would start leaking as well.

It took hours of progress where Tye was comfortable stopping for the next, although they tried tirelessly, they never got quite there, it seems they would need more practice.

By 11 PM, they went sleep completely exhausted.

(11:00 PM/ Head Master's Office)

"But Director, the beginner term just started, it is only been two weeks, and I haven't even been able to start on Pokemon Types yet."

The phone call was silent as the Director sipped his 23rd cup of coffee, he continue to type away at his computer.

"Yes, I know, that's all the more reason to host this event, to find those even without proper education, can still succeed."

"I managed to contact and gain a sponsor from Professor Magnolia from the Galar region, with the help of the student of current Galar Champion Mustard, that was coincidently there when I called, the Galar region, in terms of battling and competitive battling is the best region, since their Pokemon are bred of the best quality, a chance for one of the young students here to own a Pokemon from such a region will be an opportunity for Kanto as a whole."

As the Director to a sip from his coffee, the person on the line took a few seconds to comprehend the word he said while being 4 nights without sleep.

"Yes Director, I understand, but why does it have to happen 3 days from now,

He shook his head as he answered, "Unfortunately, they are only willing to do a transfer between now and 4 days from now, so 3 days is the maximum amount of time, due to the time restraints, I am forced to constrain the competition to Simulation and only to the beginner classes, having over a hundred battles would take days, but we simply don't have the time."

One has to know that simply transferring Pokemon from region to region was difficult, unlike transferring Pokemon from inside the region, there are multiple laws containing the transfer of Pokemon from region to regions, such as a special permit from someone in a high profession in terms of Pokemon, such Distinguished Professor or Professor Emeritus, Gym Leaders, or Pokemon League Agents and much more.

Acquiring such a permit is a long and arduous process as well, requiring at least 6 months of apprenticeship to qualify for the permit, and having a degree from a trainer school, such as Pokemon Technical Institute.

Even when you do get the permit, you will have limitations on what you transfer while having time restraints in transferring, since Professor Magnolia is a Distinguished Professor, she herself has a permit for transfer, but the time limit still remains.

"I understand Director, should I cancel classes so that Students can prepare for the competition?"

"Do just that, as well as relay this information to the other teachers as well."

"Yes, Director."

And with that. the phone that happened at 11 in the night, needed without ceremony, the director sighed as he rubbed his forehead and yawned.

'I should get some sleep, I'm running on fumes.'

As he turned off his office lights and was about to close the windows, he noticed a strange blue light coming from the boy's dorms, it was quite far so he couldn't make out the row, but he did notice it was from the second to last column, as quickly as the light appeared it soon stopped and the surrounded returned to darkness.

"My word, an evolution, such late at night as well, it couldn't have been by level, but be a stone or something else, but it soon midnight, it was towards the lower end, must be a younger student, at 10 or 11, staying awake to midnight to use a stone is highly improbable,"

He stroked his chin as he thought about it more, but he decided to put it off until morning when he is freshly awake.
