33: Seadra VS Gyarados.

Seadra Pierced through the water before steadying itself in the air.

A powerful purple-like energy appeared around Seadra as its body became slightly bloated.

An explosion rang out as the dragon breath was released, it was like a powerful nuclear bomb the moment it appeared, completely startling gyarados for a second.

"W-what? It knows dragon breath?" The pirate captain's face paled slightly, but his eyes still had the same cold gaze.

"Gyarados counter again, waterfall" he immediately shouted.

Gyarados was slightly late due to its shock from the release of dragon breathe, but it still managed to react in time to use waterfall.

A huge waterfall appeared above the waters once again.

"Seadra push through" Leo said as he stood atop the Pidgeotto, there was no way this gyarados's waterfall could block seadra's full powered dragon breath.

Although Gyarados was a lot bigger, size didn't mean everything, as long as seadra's attack power was monstrous, even mountain will be blown apart, much less a Gyarados who wasn't even close to the size of a mountain.

Boom!!

The large impact of the two moves once again caused the sea to shake.

Gyarados roared as it noticed the immense danger that was approaching, it wasn't even sure if the waterfall could block it.

"The kid is actually putting up a fight" jessy said with an unbelievable look as she gazed into the distance, the ship wasn't too far away from the battle, only a few hundreds of meters.

"The rescue team should be here soon, it's ok as long as the kid can keep that pirate at bay, the rescue squad could immediately catch them" jake appeared beside her and smiled, he too was shocked at Leo's power and Pokémon.

Alissa and her friends were also watching the battle between Leo and the pirate captain.

After calming down all the cruise ship residents, a few of them were brave enough to come out, the guard team members could only sigh.

The other pirate captain's crew members were practically useless against Leo since they had all been defeated by the guard team members, looking at the scene of the battle alone, many of them had lost the will to enter their captains fight.

In fear of being killed if their captain felt like they were looking down on his strength to handle a little kid.

The sea around the battle field was as violent as always, the clash sending ripples which soon turned into huge waves across the battlefield, Leo even had to make Pidgeotto fly higher as the waves were so high that they were too close to him.

The waterfall was broken through?!

An excited look appeared on Leo's face while the pirate captain paled slightly, he knew the danger levels of such a powerful move.

"Gyarados DODGE" he roared as his face turned red, but it was too late, as Gyarados was right behind the waterfall, the dragon breath had reached its head in nearly an instant.

Boom!!

A loud explosion rang out as it wrapped itself around gyarados, sending its huge body flying atleast a hundred meters into the sea, it's colossal like body was a few meters away from slamming into the pirate captain's ship and sending them flying with it.

"Seadra don't let it recover, chase after it" Leo immediately said, although the dragon breath was really powerful, he doubted Gyarados would be done just like that, at least most of its strength was gone and it was probably injured, no way Leo would let go of this chance.

"It wasn't even able to block one move, you disappointed me" Leo shook his head as his gaze fell onto the shocked pirate captain.

That Gyarados had probably only recently evolved and it's true power was around level 20+, otherwise if it had seadra's strength then this battle wouldn't be over with so easily.

"It's almost like all Pokémon with huge bodies are born with innate strength due to their body" Leo thought as his eyes flashed coldly, even a newly evolved Gyarados was able to do this, it seemed like he had overestimated his strength.

He promised to do more training with his Pokémon after this situation was over with and he went back to vermillion city.

"The Gyarados is already this strong, so it's not surprising that jake and his team members lost" Leo watched as Seadra moved with incredible speed underwater and thought, according to the news of this world, guarados's are extremely hard to find, and it's even harder to evolve a magicarp due to many factors, it wasn't as easy as fighting 10 trainers and boom it evolved.

"NO, GYARADOS GET UP AND FIGHT" The pirate captain had lost his mind as he shouted at Gyarados, even veins could be seen on his already red face.
