Chapter 4: Enter Natalie

A pretty girl about around the same age as me. She'd have long dark brownish hair, hazel eyes, a white shirt covered by a purple jacket that was slightly open, and with some dark jeans on, would run over, slowing down once she saw me. She'd look at Elekid and Taillow on my shoulder.

{?} 'Oh, uh, sorry do you know where Oldale Town is?'

"Possibly, if I can read a map correctly."

I grab the poke ball, and return Taillow into it.

"I'm heading there now, you can come with us if you want?"

{?} 'Sure, my name is Natalie by the way.' She holds her hand out.

"Nice to meet you Natalie, I'm Brady, and this is my partner Elekid." I smile, shaking her hand.

{Natalie} 'Nice to meet you, too, Brady, Nice to meet you, as well, Elekid.' She smiles.

Elekid would smirk a bit.

Natalie grabs a poke ball, sending hers out. A Slakoth would appear before us.

{Natalie} 'This is my partner Slakoth.'

{Slakoth} 'Slaaakotthh..' It would say it's name a couple times.

She'd pick up Slakoth, holding it.

"Are you a new trainer?" We start walking.

{Natalie} 'Yeah, are you?' She's ask politely.

"Yeah, I just left home." I smile.

After a while, we come into view of Oldale Town. The sun would be setting.

I smile. "Look at that Elekid."

He smiles.

{Natalie} 'You like sunsets huh?'

"Yeah."

{Natalie} 'Well, I'm going to go to the Pokemon Center before it gets late.' She starts walking away. 'See you Brady.'

"Wait, do you mind if I come with you?"

{Natalie} 'I don't mind at all.' She smiles.

I smile back, and follow her to the pokémon center.

Elekid would shock me a little.

I glance at him. "What?" I whisper.

He looks at me then at her, and smirks.

"Oh be quiet." I chuckle.

We would walk into the pokemon center, walking up to the nurse behind the counter, who was known as Nurse Joy.

{Natalie} 'Nurse Joy.'

{Nurse Joy} 'Oh hey there, welcome to the pokémon center. How may I help you?'

{Natalie} 'Can you take care of my pokémon?'

{Nurse Joy} 'Of course.' She looks at me. 'Want me to take care of yours, too?' She smiles.

"Sure." I take Taillow's poke ball from my belt, setting it down in a container. Elekid would hop off of my shoulder.

Nurse Joy would take our pokémon in the back, and do her thing.

{Natalie} 'Any reason why you wanted to come here with me?'

I shrug. "I don't know anybody else, and I wanna get to know you. If that's ok with you at least?"

{Natalie} 'Of course.' She smiles. 'I have someone I want you to meet anyways.'

"Didn't you ask me where this city was when we were in the forest?" I chuckle.

{Natalie} 'I got lost alright.' She chuckles, too. 'Come on, he's over here.' She heads to the cafeteria area of the pokémon center.

I follow her.
