Pokémon: Brady’s Wonderful Adventures!

Hi, my name is Brady Solo, I am 16 years old and I live in Littleroot Town in the Hoenn Region. My partner is Elekid, and Elekid and I have grown closer every second we had been together and we still grow closer to this day. My goal is to grow strong with my partner and some other pokemon I may encounter along the way, to challenge the pokemon gym leaders and eventually the pokemon league. But, I will always rely on Elekid no matter what. Elekid and I made a promise a long time ago, that we would grow and get stronger together, and we both don't want to ruin that promise.

It was early in the morning, slightly after 7:30 AM. I wake up, starring at a yellow lightning bolt on the ceiling of my dark grey room, listening to the noise of pokémon outside, until of course I feel something jump on top of my stomach.

"Gah!" I'd be startled.

I look, seeing my partner, Elekid. You see Elekid and I have been close for a while now, my parents say that right when I was born, the Elekid had just hatched from his pokémon egg, about the same time.

"Alright, I'll get up!" I do just that, going to my closet, and grabbing some clothes I had my father get me just before I left on my journey to enter the pokémon league. I grab a black and green jacket, with some dark jeans, and a black T-Shirt for under the jacket. I then go to the bathroom, clean up, and get dressed. I leave the bathroom, Elekid jumping on my left shoulder, rubbing his cheek against mine, with some electricity slightly sparking off of him. I'd laugh a bit, due to me being ticklish. I head to the window, where the blinds were drawn over, letting no sunlight into the room.

I open the blinds, letting the sun of the Hoenn Region shine brightly into my room. I open the window, letting the fresh air into my room, then head downstairs where my parents were. My father sees me and smiles.

{Father} 'Hey there champ! Ready to start your journey?'

"Yes, Elekid and I were born ready!" I look at Elekid, we both smile.

He'd chuckle.

{Father} 'I believe Professor Birch had something for you, why don't you go give the man a visit?'

"Alright." I grab my backpack, and head to the pokémon lab.

Professor Birch's Lab.

I enter the lab, seeing Professor Birch's assistants, one of them seeing me. She'd walk over.

{?} 'Hello, are you Brady?'

I look at the lady, she'd seem like she was in her mid thirty's. She'd have white glasses on, a white lab coat, that was covering a purple shirt underneath that. She'd have her dark purple hair in a ponytail as well.

"Yes, that's me." I say happily.

She looks at Elekid and smiles.

{?} 'Looks like your partner enjoys being with you.' Her smile gets bigger. 'Anyways, come with me Professor Birch should be right this way.'

She'd lead us towards the room he was in. Where he would be talking with someone. He'd glance towards us as we walk closer into the big room, with a computer that would sit on a desk, some brightly white painted walls, some pictures framed up on the them as well.

{P. Birch} 'Hello there Brady, Elekid.' He'd have a smile on his face.

"You wanted to see us?" I'd have a puzzled look on my face.

{P. Birch} 'Ah, yes. I have a request for the both of you.' He turns and walks to his desk, grabbing two different colored devices. He walks back over.

{P. Birch} 'This here, is a PokeDex. It automatically records any pokémon you encounter and capture, here.' He holds up a black pokédex and a grey pokédex.

"Thank you." I carefully take the black pokédex, as the other guy takes the grey one.

{?} 'Whatever...' He'd sound grumpy.

{P. Birch} 'And one more thing..' He grabs ten poke balls, handing us five each.

{P. Birch} 'Now, I want you two to go out there and be the best trainers you can be, Gregory with his partner Beldum, and Brady with his partner Elekid. Good luck to the both of you!'
