2- Pixelated Tutorial 2

Alex, prompted with a panel asking whether or not to continue, starts spamming [Continue] with eagerness and impatience with his only thought being of moving on to the main game and see what exactly happened.

[T-2 will be a course consisting of varying traps and enemies, find the green sword hidden in a chest to pass!]

A maze starts to materialize around him, the outermost layer rising before the next layer in and so on. He makes a mental note of the entire maze after watching this, and watches a timer begin in front of him counting down from 10 as inhuman growls and screams are heard from throughout the maze.

Instead of the door in front of him opening up, the walls of the innermost room he started in collapse and a small group of 6 goblins rush inwards. He grabs a large rock from the rubble and bashes the first goblin's head in before anything else. The goblins step back and freeze before running at him again.

Within half a minute, he deals with the 6 of them and glows a bright yellow color.

Recalling the 1.0 tutorial and realizing the similarities between this and that, Alex smiles and wears the same determined expression he'd had back in his first year of playing [Pixel Hell {IMPOSSIBLE}].

[Anyone weak won't read this, so here I present the last adjustment to 2.0. Pixelation]

With the sudden message window and readjustment, Alex watches the walls start to become less defined. Every square inch was it's own solid color. A stone wall would be grey pixels with scattered black pixels. A light would simply make nearby pixels more visible, and not actually affect you if you directly looked at it. Seeing the style look exactly like 1.0, Alex started running through the maze and ignoring all other messages.

---

Eventually, Alex found the hidden room which was only hinted towards in the description of a rare skill in the game. After pressing a few hidden buttons in correct order, at a dark and uncertain dead end, the floor opened up and he was dropped into a basement outlined with storage shelves and useless supplies. In the center of the dim room, there was a table with a single scroll on it, which wasn't pixelated.

Alex opened the scroll and placed his palm on it, which made the scroll dissipate into a light blue glow.

[Acquired skill: Parry- reflect all damage in front of you for .05 seconds. 1 second cooldown, immediate recharge if hit while active]

[Heya! You've acquired a skill, and therefore qualify to skip T-2. Yes / no]

Alex presses yes and is transported back to the unending white floor of a tutorial and reads the last message panels.

[Good job! Finish the tutorial, and you will proceed to the Main Game]

T-1: Introduction

(Completed)

T-2: Introductory obsticle course (Completed)

T-3: QUALIFICATION (active)

oh yeah sorry if I end up messing things up a lot. this story goes on bursts of motivation rather than actual passion- I didn't try and learn whatsoever beforehand. if you're reading this though then it means I did something right. nice. [I'm unaware of how to delete this and might not write anything more for a while, I hope someone else kinda just rewrites my story but better]
