Although he was suppressed, however, his overall combat prowess also increased. He could feel that the rules he could control were the densest he could sense around him.
Nonetheless, he was not as powerful as he was in Da Shenghou wherein the suppression was very weak that it could simply not contain his powers, wherein he would not even rely on the rules around him but create them through just a thought.
Now, he could rely on the rules in the environment. The denser they were, the more powerful he could become. It was just like in Da Sishen where he ought to find the rules of flame and frost—which led him to two places that contained most of them.
