Chapter – 13 (Hunt begins(Final))

Primis light the flames on the trail he made from kerosene from some distance. The fire rapidly followed the trail and reached its destination. He then drew out his Elucidator and ready himself. He will only get one chance in confronting those Hobgoblins one-by-one. And he must end them quickly. In one attack if he may. Otherwise, others will come running.

Primis then took a deep breath. Again, and Again and Again. Fire had already started burning the things in ten huts. At first, Hobgoblins didn't notice anything. Later their nose twitched as they smelled smoke. But they decided to ignore it since they were sitting in front of bonfire. The smell of smoke must have come from it.

Then the smell of smoke increased. Now they realized that somethings wrong. They turned and stood up absurdly when they witnessed smoke coming out of the doors of the ten huts in which they put their supplies.

They all roared and rushed at the huts separately. The food and supplies in those huts were for everyone in the village. If something happened, then the entire village will starve to death.

The first Hobgoblin entered the hut which had food supplies. Witnessing the food supply in fire, it panicked and started swinging its weapon like fan to put out the flames. It was so focused on it that it didn't notice the presence behind it.

Primis looked at the Hobgoblin with his cold blood-eyes. Sharingan was emitting a lot of power while the 3-tomoes were rotating. Primis held Elucidator tightly as magic started to gather in it. Then he kicked off the ground at full force. He performed mid-air forward somersault, reversing the grip of Elucidator at the same time.

When Primis kicked off the ground with full force, the Hobgoblin heard the noise behind. So, it looked back. By now Primis was already in front of it. Before the Hobgoblin could respond, Elucidator thrust into its head. Then a surge of electricity was generated by the Elucidator which fried its brain inside out.

'Primis: Lighting Fall.'

The Hobgoblin came to stand still before dispersing into dust and leaving behind a magic stone. The purity of this magic stone was the same as goblin's one, but it was larger in size. Primis then moved towards his next target after putting the magic stone in inventory.

Primis hurriedly rushed towards his next target. The target just came out of the hut, looking for something which can help it with fire. Primis then bent forward while placing the Elucidator in a parallel manner to his right leg and then drew Elucidator back.

Magic condensed into it, and he attacked. The attack let him clear the 20 meters distance between him and the Hobgoblin in an instant. Then an upward slash from the right penetrates Hobgoblin throat.

'Primis: Rage Spike.'

THRUST!!

SPLURT!!

Hobgoblin 2: !!!!

Hobgoblin attacked Primis in desperation. Primis took a step back and dodged the Axe. He already knew that that attack won't be enough to kill Hobgoblin but now that its throat was severely injured it won't be able to scream and call others for help.

The Hobgoblin grabbed its throat trying to stop blood loss. Primis had no intention of wasting even a second, so he attacked. Hobgoblin attacked with Axe on its other hand. Primis jumped and dodged it. Then he again attacked with an upward slash from right when magic was condensed in Elucidator. This time he attacked from different angle where its hand was not guarding the neck.

'Primis: Rage Spike.'

THRUST!!

SPLURT!!

Hobgoblin 2: !!!!

Hobgoblin attacked again but after a few swings it body went limp, and it fell.

THUD!!

Then its body disperse leaving behind another magic stone. This time Primis didn't pick up the stone. He hurriedly left the place. The noise of the Hobgoblin body falling on the ground alerted others. And just as he expected, in the next second the remaining three Hobgoblins hurriedly approached this place. When the checked their surroundings, they also noticed the magic stone on the ground.

This anger them as they started to roar. Primis was looking at them from his hiding.

'Primis: Three Hobgoblins. Now that they are alert, they won't left each other. They are more experienced than mere goblins. The question is whether I can kill them altogether. Then yes.'

Primis then changed his location. He tried to find a perfect spot which can let him end all three of them together. He soon found that spot.

He put the pointed side of his Elucidator on his left-hand while pointing it towards the Hobgoblins. His right-hand held the grip tightly. Once he got the desired position, magic started to pour into his Elucidator. In this last attack, Primis pour his everything. Then the moment came. All Hobgoblins stood like a line of some sort. Primis attacked.

'Primis: Vorpal strike.'

BOOM!!!

The sound breaking impact of magic was heard as the attack turned into a Sword line and attacked Hobgoblins. Before they could react, the attack penetrated the chest of all three of them. The Hobgoblins looked down at their chest where a long sword made of magic penetrated before it dispersed in the air.

THUD!!

Primis fell on one of his knees because after unleashing that attack, he became very tired. Then he heard a roar. So, he raised his head. Two of three Hobgoblins disperse into dust while leaving behind their magic stone. Third Hobgoblin still survived.

Hobgoblin 5: GROAH!!!!!!

The injure on its chest was heavy but not enough to take his life. It then raised its club and dashed at Primis. It reached Primis in three seconds. Ruthlessness filled its eyes. It wanted nothing more than to end Primis life. Even when death was in front of Primis, he didn't cower. Before the Hobgoblin could attack its eyes met with Primis eyes.

When it looked into his Sharingan in which 3-tomoes were rotating, it stopped. It felt that as it was being impaled by countless spikes. No matter how much it tried, it failed to move. Primis looked at it with calm expression. Then he put his free hand into his pocket and took out Tooth necklace. He pointed the tooth-necklace towards Hobgoblin.

Primis: So long.

Tooth necklace released a light, as ball made up of fire was released from it before hitting Hobgoblin chest.
