It's not Eva, it's Eve. It's the name given to Inori when she became the fellow ruler of Guilty Crown along with Primis. In the plot, when Mana becomes Eve and fully controls the Apocalypse Virus, she can destroy continents on a whim. Here, Inori becomes Eve and gets a boost in her strength, taking her power further. Of course, she doesn't have the power to destroy a Universe, but destroying a Solar System is not hard for her.
