Hunter's Guild

Neo went straight to the Hunters Association, which was an old-looking building that only gave out Hunter's Licenses. There were only a handful of officials present, and the rest of the attendees were just lazing around. Neo went to the receptionist and tapped on his desk, waking him up. The sleepy man opened his eyes and was taken aback to see a young boy of about seven or eight years old.

"What are you doing here, boy?" The man inquired while grunting.

Neo: "I want to acquire a hunting licence. Also, I need information about how Hunter's Guild works."

The man gave Neo a puzzled look, thinking for a second that the boy must be joking. Who in their right mind lets their kid out of the house in the afternoon? "If you're bored, you can always go back and play at home, boy. Do not waste our time."

*Crackkk* A simple slap from Neo was all it took to break the table in half. Everyone turned to look at Neo with shocked faces when they heard the noise. The branch leader also came out.

"Sir, I am not an ordinary boy, so don't waste my time." Neo spoke coldly to the man, who was just as speechless as the others. He was just a regular guy, but after witnessing the scene, he started to sweat and looked up at his boss. He was informed what was going on, so he knew what all the fuss was about.

"We need to check your strength and identity to give you a Hunter's License. Then we'll give you a new hunters licence that lets you hunt pirates, and you can use the hunter's guild's information channels to obtain out more about those pirates. You will then be able to cash in the bounty at the marine base that is closest to you. There is an additional 30% added to the bounty if you manage to bring a pirate back alive." He explained.

"That simple?"

"Yes."

"Apart from hunting, what else do hunters do?", Neo asked

"There is nothing else"

N: "How do you make money then?"

"We get a small cut of the bounty when hunters cash it in. Really, it's not a good job, lad. We mostly operate in the four seas, but who would go to the Grand Line, where the big money is, without a strong crew and strength?" The leader of the guild said with a sigh.

Neo asked, "Why don't you guys do something else besides hunting?"

"Some other job? What other jobs are there?" The man was really confused.

N: "Things like escort missions, security, and logistics"

Everyone in the room had a blank look on their face as they stared at Neo. They did not understand what Neo meant. Noe started by saying: "Let's say there are 100 strong men. 30 of them become marines, 40 become pirates, and 5 become hunters. There are still 25 men who don't want to put their lives at risk and would rather stay with their families and do menial jobs. If we can find them safer jobs, they will be able to make a steady income, and hunters will have more influence."

The leader carefully considered this idea before speaking up: "It will take some time to discuss the matter and reach a conclusion. We don't have enough money to do something on this scale."

Neo: "Don't worry, just start a small-scale operation. Send the hunters in the East Blue a job advertisement about forming a small elite group for escort missions. Once they improve their reputation, more men will join. I want to start a shipping company that will provide guarding missions."

The leader has promised Neo future cooperation and has offered to inform the other hunters to see how they respond.

After confirming Neo's identity and strength, he was given a hunter's license. Now he can cash in on pirates' bounties. Making Hunter's guild stronger was a bet Neo was willing to make. If it works, it will make the four seas safer and give them more influence in the long run. But that won't be enough to stop the World Government, so he will create another secret group called the Avengers, made up of a few strong men who will work against the World Government in secret.
