'A pirate life huh? but If I think about the long run in the future then I might need a crew of my own or maybe a pirate fleet so that they can handle the marines and other pirates in my stead. A solo pirate in this world is kinda dangerous after all...

Just from my current strength, I can already tell that as long as I survive and keep getting stronger. than me having a fleet of my own will be no problem at all in the future.

but of course, I need a few people to be one of those founding members that can each have a division of their own and be the brain of the crew when im busy with enjoying the rich life that I will have in the future.

It was called division commander in whitebeard crew if im not mistaken. But who can be my future division commander?

With the future knowledge in my head then I need to think about who have some decent man under them in the future because I would prefer quality over quantity after all.

Hmmm,

Now that I think about it, That buggy is also in east blue and in the future he will have basically an army of pirates with bounty in the hundreds of millions or at least a few in the hundred million if im not wrong cause I don't remember every single detail about this matter after all.

Buggy might be weak but his identity as a former crew member of the roger pirate group is convenient to recruit some dumb but strong people and buggy himself well he is a bit charismatic I guess.

hehe, he's really convenient to have huh?

Now then, the first crew members have already been set. I'll use whatever means I need to do to get him to be part of my future pirate crew whether it be by force or by peaceful negotiations

I don't want to rule by fear because people might betray me so I need to think of a good offer after I make(force) them to join my crew so they will be loyal huh? '

With a set goal in mind, Kei headed to orange town which is the place where buggy first made his appearance in the story.

Arriving safely around 2 and a half day later. Kei then looks around this silent and almost dead town.

After buggy arrives and sets his base here, most of the former residents move out somewhere thus resulting in the nearly empty town.

Looking around, he then saw a ship with a red nose jolly roger and have a circus tent on it. It was obvious who the ship belong to "Well that was easy to find" he said while heading towards the ship's direction.

Coming closer, he heard the sound of partying and cheers. A smirk appeared on his face thinking if he should just barge in and maybe cause some havoc or simply just kidnap buggy alone and force buggy to join his future crew.

"Now then where is that red nose fella? I'll just have some friendly talk with him without alerting his current man.

Some of them might have loose tongues and spill the bean that buggy is part of my crew. I'm not creating the crew now anyway because I need to let buggy follow some part of the canon so he can get me those people from impel down after all"

Kei jumps to the top of the tent and pokes a hole with his finger. Sneakily looking around, all he can see is a scene of drunkness.

His eye keep observing around and then saw a chair that basically spell 'I'm the boss chair' base on how huge it was compared to the other.

Unfortunately, there was nobody sitting there. As he was about to stop looking around and go down to sneakily kidnap one of the lackeys for questioning. A flying hand appears and grabs the mug of alcohol from the table that have the big chair.

" Found you! " Kei said with a tone of a psychopath killer while having a terrifying smirk on his face

Dropping down from the tent, he then come to the corner of the tent where the boss seat was located. The good part is that the boss seat is really close to the tent sides so all kei have to do is just grab buggy and then do the thing needed.

Inserting his head from the tent bottom, he saw that buggy was drunk on the floor enjoying his drink. With a swift movement, he then grabs buggy hair and slid him out just like that.

"Eh? What happens? Why is it so bright now? Mama is it already morning? I'm lazy today I want to sleep some more" Buggy said in a drunk manner

" Yo buggy, you should be careful with your choice of words now and let's start the recruitment " Kei said with an innocent smile while handing a newspaper that have his bounty in it to buggy

" Huh? Who are you? What's this? Destroy battleship? kill rear admiral? kill the only daughter of grace's family? and all of this happens in east blue? which fearless bastard is this?" buggy read out

"Look at the poster" kei said

"Wa..wa..wa.. wane hundred and fifty million beli!!! And in east blue as well!? Eh wait this face look familiar but where have I seen this face before? "

" The owner of the face is in front of you " kei said with a gentle and friendly smile

" HIEK!!! Wha...wha...what could I do for you great sir? " buggy said while rubbing both is hand together and smiling creepily after snapping out of his drunkenness

" I was a bounty hunter before but since the marine put a bounty on me, I decided to be a pirate.

Although I want to make a crew of my own, I will not be making it now or at least not declare that I have people under me at the moment. Of course, that doesn't stop me from recruiting secretly right? so that what im doing now

"Huh? this fruit can only split my body, there's no way it's strong like you said great sir"

Kei and buggy talk for a while. Although buggy is interested in the awakening power of his fruit that kei talked about. He is still reluctant to serve under someone else.

Kei saw buggy reluctant look. thinking of the show, he remembered that buggy is a treasure loving guy and when thinking of treasure a scene cross his mind of the location of a certain old pirate treasure that was buried under ice.

" Buggy, by following me you can achieve and gain great things. even if you end up not being able to awaken for a long time, as long as you are under me you will have my backing and protection

Of course, some rules need to be put. Like no kidnapping, burning an island or place for no reason, or stealing from the innocent.

I want to make a crew that is elite in the eyes of the world and I want my image and reputation to not be that bad among the common people.

Oh also, I happen to know a few place that have some great treasure and I don't mind to give the treasure location to you if you join me" He said with a sly smirk on his face while looking at buggy who was looking down on the floor thinking

" Protection, treasure, someone strong enough to destroy those though Marine battleships and even kill a rear admiral and got a high first time bounty... There must be a hidden reason for his bounty to be so high" Buggy repeatedly said while thinking seriously

" I..I..I agree! You better be telling the truth about the treasure and the protection that you will give me! "

" No need to be so nervous my friend for I am a person of truth and only truth.

One of the treasure locations I know is the treasures of that happo navy old man that have 500 million beli plus bounty on his head.

Anyway, you are basically a secret member of my crew now and also my first mate. As I say before I won't be making this crew anytime soon and it might take years until I officially announced to the world about it.

So if I end up dead along the line then you can simply think of this encounter as if it never happened. And if im not dead then it will happen even if it will take a while.

Oh also, during the time you have before the crew becomes official.

Make sure to discipline your underlings and maybe make them wear suits and ties or something so that they look better" with that said, the wind starts to spin around and forming some sort of mini tornado with kei as the center.

*Swosh!

In a split second, he disappeared along with the wind leaving buggy who was sitting on the grown have his mouth wide open

" He vanishes! That guy is strong, The aura he's emitting is terrifying to the point I still don't have strength in my leg to get up. It's like im facing the ultimate predator...

Under him, maybe I will really get what he promised. And Bara bara awaken! if what's he's saying is true then there's is more to my power than just spitting myself and float"

While buggy is busy talking to himself thinking about the decision that he just make.

Kei was walking around the town looking around in search of a cloth store that's still open.

" Now that the recruitment is a success, it's time for me to make a new identity so that I can bounty hunting some more

Hehehe, there's no way im going to abandon the job of bounty hunting so soon. It's such a convenient job after all" with a sly smirk he said
