I use the same name as my previous life. It was the only gift my mother gave me. My caretaker told me that my mother died shortly after giving birth to me, and they have no idea who my father is, not that I care.

I mentally cross out rebirth and reincarnation. I don't want to have another childhood and steal someone's body and family. I want to start a brand new life without anything tying me down.

I contemplate and answer after careful consideration. I need a year for training and adjustment. Another year for learning about the new world. The only advantage I have is knowing the plot before the Arlong arc, which is not a lot.

So, I have to keep my eyes open for anything out there. I don't want to have any contact with the protagonist if possible. Luffy has his own journey, and I have mine.

But I can still poach some of his crewmates before the start, like Nami. I think she's the most useful one for me with all her navigational skills. Zoro and Sanji are cool, but I don't want to have them in my crew. They have their own life and objectives, which are different from mine.

I liked Nami in the anime and would love to have her accompany me on my journey. Her dream is to map the entire world, which is perfectly fine with me. I also want to travel all around the world and feel its beauty.

I won't hastily choose to become a marine or a pirate. I know One Piece is a pirate-themed anime, but I don't want to be a cruel pirate filled with nothing but greed. I'll decide what my goal is after living there for a while. Maybe I'll join the Marines, become a pirate somehow, or perhaps build my own power. But until then, I will enjoy my freedom as much as possible.

I stated my Request after pondering a bit. It would be good to not have a system, but I crossed it out after contemplating. The only issue with the system is the quest and mission feature with its reward and punishment mechanism. I don't want a tool to judge my actions. And I would also like to have an option to get out of the dimension if I get sick of the world.

I thought a bit and found it reasonable. System mall sounds good, but I can make do without it. Anyway, System mall must need some currency like system points earned from the quest, making it obsolete in the long run anyway. As for the energy required to activate dimensional travel, I could always collect energy-dense substances along my journey.

I am greeted by a standard character creation screen with a 3d version of myself. I started customizing it. I set my height to about 6 feet 5 inches which is tall enough for me. I know One Piece is a world filled with huge people, but I don't want to change myself to fit into their categories. I set my hair and eye colour to dark black and aqua-blue.

I set my face to be a bit straight and angular to make myself look sharp and masculine. I don't want to have a feminine face making me look like a sissy.

I made my body lean and athletic with compact muscles in it. I don't like to have an overly muscular build, as it reminds me of fake muscles built by steroids.

I also elongated my little brother an extra two inches to reach 9 inches and its girth an extra inch to reach 5 inches. It's neither too big nor small, which perfectly match my new body.

After making some more minor adjustments to make me look more masculine, I entered the ok button.

I thought for a while and found nothing to ask. You may think I'm dumb for wasting such an opportunity, but I'm not a smartass who plans all step of the way. I questioned everything I could think of. Rather than wasting time mulling over something I can't think about, It's better to start my new life. I'm starting to feel uncomfortable in this depressing place.

"Yes, I wish to leave this place. Thanks for giving me another chance at life. It's nice to meet you, system or whatever you might be. I'll see you next time when I'm done with the One Piece world."

I blanked out after saying and got transported out of the Void into the One Piece dimension. The Void regained its tranquillity after my departure.

The screen disappeared with a somewhat melancholic voice. I was not there to hear the loneliness expressed in that voice which sounded rather feminine.

When I opened my eyes, I found myself lying on a beach. I got up and looked around an ocean filled with blue waters and a forest filled with vitality with tall trees and plants.
