Nugeru Vs Allen

'Swish'

As soon as the words left Ranger's mouth, Nugeru immediately sent out a white half moon shaped flying slash taking Allen by surprise. 

'Soru'

Allen seemingly reflexively used Soru turning into a blur as he dodged the slash to the right. Looking back and the sword marked left in the position he was in, Allen immediately covered his entire body with Armament Haki.

He was 25 years old this year, and had been a member of Apollo's Gym since he was 15 years old. He had already mastered all six of the Marines Styles, and could cover his entire body in Haki.

He always thought that he wasn't very gifted in Observation Haki because he didn't awaken it until he was 20, but Apollo had already told him that he was simply very gifted in Armament Haki.

And he kind of understands what his teacher meant now about the weaknesses of swordsmen being opposite of their strength. Their strength should be their high attacking ability and lethality, so it's obvious that the opposite should be their defense.

'Swish' 

"Rankyaku!" Allen speeded towards Nugeru trying to fight her in close combat, but he knew she might not let him get too close to her, so he decided to attack her with Air Blades by kicking towards her at a high speed combined with his strength. 

'Swish' 'Swish' 

Countless Air Blades fill the arena as Nugeru easily dodges them smoothly akin to fish in water. But the blades did hold her back long enough to give Allen enough time to approach her in close range.

He knew that he would lose in mid range and definitely long range, since he barely has attack methods in those areas. So his only option is a close combat fight. So as he approached her, he concentrated all the Armament Haki onto his two hands with his right wrist outstretched in a punching motion.

 'Bamm!'

Seeing Allen's actions, Nugeru covered her sword in Haki too, and slashed at Allen's Haki covered right wrist causing both of them to be repealed backwards causing an explosion that further separated them with its dust.

Neither of them waited for the Dust to clear as they both turned into a blur as they entered the dusty area causing 'Clang!' sounds. 

The audience, both in the colosseum and at different locations watching from the big screen in the Triangle, who were unable to see what was going on in the dusty arena grounds were holding their breath in anticipation, some of them wished that the dust could be cleared quickly. 

By the time the dust had cleared, Nugeru's sword and Allen's fist, had already clashed dozens of times. But looking at Allen and Nugeru's appearance, the audience was shocked.

The hand Nugeru used to hold her sword had multiple fist marks making it difficult for her to hold up her sword properly. And her breathing was very unstable at this time, but her face still had an eerie calm to them that displayed her confidence.

Allen on the other hand, was on one knee trying to catch his breath, he had multiple swords slashes on his body, and his entire body was almost covered in blood. 

It seemed that he might have tried to exchange injuries with Nugeru believing that his defense would win in the end. But the comparison between the two clearly displayed the results of his decision.

"Can you Continue?" Ranger, who had silently appeared in the arena, asked Nugeru loudly for the audience to hear, causing the rowdy audience to become silent.

Nugeru simply nodded as she tried to stop her trembling hands, and seeing that she could indeed continue, Ranger moved on to Allen who was still on one knee. 

"Can you still Fight?" Ranger asked the same question.

"I.. I can continue"

Although those words came out of his mouth, Allen still failed to get up from one knee, his entire body was now trembling as he tried to force himself to stand up on his two feet.

Ranger could clearly tell that Allen couldn't continue, so he waved at some men dressed in all white coats like the doctors in Ephon's last life. This was one of the many occupations Ephon made sure to establish in the Triangle. 

Although thee currently isn't a lot of doctors, it is a fast growing occupation in the Triangle, it just need to be advertised in the Newspaper and Comics so that the kids can be inspired to pursue it as a career path. 

The men quickly ran onto the arena with a stretcher, and a kit with a giant tree on it, serving as its crest. This giant tree is actually on almost all of the Nature's family original products and inventions, the Police, Marine, Doctors, Nature's Provider, and many other occupations and business connected to Nature's Family are all marked with it in some way or the other.

Ranger looked up into one of the camera drones with a serious expression, although the results were pretty obvious, the audience were still nervous with anticipation for some reason.

"The Winner is Nugeru of Agnes Dojo!"

Hearing their President's declaration, the viewers went wild with cheers and applause, some clapping for Allens brilliant performance and unyielding spirit. They had really enjoyed this fight, some even wished it was longer.

Allen also realized that he had really lost, so he allowed the doctors to carry him out of the arena in the stretcher. Nugeru wasn't affected by the cheers and calmly walked off the arena to her team's side.

Seeing Nugeru still trembling hands as she walked towards them, her two teammates had worried at shocked expressions. They really didn't expect someone to be able to injure Nugeru, to them she's the perfect fighter. 

"Don't worry about her too much, you guys have to worry about your own match" Agnes' voice brought the two back to their senses.

"Go get your injuries healed" Agnes looked over at Nugeru and said.

"No, I'm fine, I won't die if I don't get it look after before the end of the competition"

Nugeru replied jokingly. 

"Bu.."

"Can the Elders send their next Representatives?!" Agnes' words were cut short by Ranger's announcement.
