Using the gap, Lepus and the others arrived at the Torino Kingdom.

Lepus of course also told Amber about his and the others devil fruit abilities.

Then, they headed to the place of the Torino tribe to make a deal with them.

Lepus made a deal in which he would create a some kind of barrier with the ability of his devil fruit's boundaries manipulation to protect the area where the Torino tribe lived from the Giant Bird. In exchange, Lepus and the others were allowed to live with the Torino tribe and access their library and Muret was taught about their traditional medicines. And if the Torino tribe was going to find or harvest medicinal ingredients near the giant bird's nest, Lepus and the others would help to escort and guard them.

The Torino tribe are certainly not object and instead glad with this deal. Because they are quite troubled everytime they have to deal with the giant birds there.

A few days later, Muret began to learn about traditional medicine from the library and was tutored by the Torino's people themselves.

Meanwhile, Lepus start practicing Haki for Brisa, Kuina, Amber, as well as himself.

Lepus then explained about Haki to them.

"Haki is like a hidden potential power. There are 3 types of Haki, namely Kenbunshoku, Busoushoku, and Hauoshoku Haki."

The three girls nodded and listened carefully to Lepus's explanation.

"First, Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki is a kind of sixth sense. The user of this Haki can sense presence, intention, emotion, as well as measure the strength of others.... There are even this Haki users who because of being so extreme in mastering it they can see a few seconds to the future!"

Hearing Lepus's explanation of Kenbunshoku Haki, the three girls were quite dumbfounded.

"Right.... But only for a few seconds. Even so, it is very difficult to achieve this. Even as far as I know, only one person can achieve it."

"Who?"

Amber asked curiously.

And Lepus answered curtly with a sharp expression.

".... Charlotte Katakuri."

"Who is that?"

".... A pirate worth more than 1 Billion Berries."

This time the three girls were even more dumbfounded and speechless.

Of course, anyone would be quite astonished to hear such a high bounty value. Even Lepus currently only has a bounty of 20 millions Beri.

"Don't ask me how I know about that person.... Alright, I'll continue the explanation."

The three girls nodded still looking tense.

"Secondly, Busoushoku/Armor Haki is a Haki that can be used for defend and/or attack by using some kind of internal energy to cover parts or even the whole body, and for weapons too.... If mastered to a high level, this Haki user can even create a kind of energy armor layer which can be used to defend or attack and injure the opponent without touching their body directly. And extreme high-level users can use this Haki to injure the inside of the opponent's body without touching it directly!"

The three girls nodded in understanding.

"Thirdly, Haoushoku/Conqueror Haki is a Haki that allows the user to suppress the will of others. If this Haki is used, the user can make beings who are not strong enough mentally or physically to suddenly faint or be afraid and submissive for a while.... But this Haki users is not common because it was said that only one in a million people has it. Some of the great figures in the world have this Haki. That's why it's also called Emperor Haki."

The three girls nodded after hearing Lepus's explanation of Haki.

Lepus then provides a little extra.

"Simply put, I think of Haki as intuition, inner power, and intimidation.... Most people usually only focus on practicing the one Haki that suits them. But mastering two or maybe even three at once is also fine. It just that it takes more effort for that.... Using two or three Haki simultaneously can also be done. But it takes mental and physical strength too.... And every person has a different measure of Haki ability. So even though if there are two people that can use a same Haki, their level of mastery is not guaranteed the same."

Lepus finished explaining about Haki, and now he was telling the three about their training plan.

"I've trained Brisa and Kuina how to master Kenbunshoku Haki before. I'll be training Amber as well later. But the point is, Busoushoku Haki is what you guys will focus on training for now.... Meanwhile, I vaguely feel I might have Haoushoku Haki. That's why, I'm going to focus on practicing mastering this Haki while keep forging other Haki as well."

The three of them nodded.

"Alright! Let's start the practice!"

They started their Haki practice.
