Although Blackbeard didn't know why Whitebeard could chase him so quickly, the fact that it was impossible for him to escape now.

"It's been a while, Teach, my son" 

Whitebeard said, gazing at Blackbeard from above with indifference face

"Hmmp, you're no longer my old man, Whitebeard. I killed you once, and I can do it again. This time, I'll make sure you stay dead!" 

Blackbeard yelled furiously.
