Opening

"Ace, two hours have passed." Hearing Charlotte's voice, Ace ended his cultivation session and opened his eyes.

"Ding! 20 system points have been deducted! 2 low grade acupoints have been awakened!"

"DIng! 2 system points have been awarded!"

*Whoosh*

"Did you open up an acupoint in just two hours of cultivation?"

"I didn't."

Charlotte patted her chest and mumbled, "That makes more sense, even I need up to four hours to awaken a low grade acupoint."

"I awakened two acupoints." Ace added on having not heard Charlotte's mumble.

*Shatter*

"Master!"

Did I say something wrong? Ace thought to himself as their master appeared from behind them once again.

With tears welling up in her eyes, Charlotte asked their master, "Is my talent level low?"

"Of course not, even the top geniuses are unable to cultivate as quickly as you do." Ultric explained as he used his spirit sense to gauge Charlotte's current progress.

To think that she already awakened 156 acupoints, if this keeps up, she would be able to start building the Foundation tower soon.

"Then why was Ace able to awaken two acupoints in just two hours of cultivation without any external assistance?"

Even though Ultric didn't say anything, even he was astonished by what Charlotte claimed to be true. Is this the true potential of someone who broke through the limits of the mortal body in all aspects?

With his spiritual sense, he realised that Ace had already awakened eight acupoints in just the mere span of one day and two hours.

"Charlotte, as your master, there's only one thing I can say."

Having regained her composure quickly, Charlotte looked up to her master.

"Don't compare yourself to your senior." Ultric sighed as he told Ace, "It's about time you head downstairs."

Ace nodded his head as he walked down the stairs, Charlotte following behind him until Ultric called out, "Charlotte, you need to cultivate."

"Master, I want to take a look." Charlotte explained and before Ultric could say anything else, she had already gone downstairs with Ace.

Shaking his head, Ultric laughed as he took out another bottle of wine.

Outside of the pavilion closed doors, countless cultivators were waiting outside for the opening of the Nirvana pavilion. In these three days, Shawn had done all he could to advertise the opening of his pavilion and even acclaimed that there'll be a surprise for even Martial Masters present.

"Guild leader Clarissa!"

"Guild leader Arith!"

"What are the two of you doing here?"

The person who asked was an old man who was respected by all, he was the first general in Glutton city and even though he's already nearing seventy years of age, time had failed to leave a trace on his body.

"General Jax, I'm sorry but even the elixir which would first appear in our city this time, might not be able to help you reach the next major realm of cultivation." Clarissa explained apologetically.

"General Jax, the weapon this time would definitely assist you out there on the battlefield!" Arith on the other hand was proud of the product this time.

To both Clarissa and Arith, Jax was the person who gave them a new lease of life. Back then, a demon beast had invaded the Glutton city and if it weren't for Jax who was only in his early forties then, the demon beasts would have devoured them.

In that battle, Jax was severely injured and for three years, his cultivation remained stagnant. But his sacrifice was worth as not only was he made the first person deserving of the general position in Glutton city, but he also received countless treasures that can assist his cultivation.

Still, it damaged his foundation and unless someone was capable of healing his wound, the Glutton city would never rise to the kingdom level without someone of that caliber.

"General Jax, to be honest, the elixir formula being released this time was provided by a youth. The chances are slim, but he might have a chance to help you out." Clarissa said with the intention of asking Ace for an elixir that might help Jax.

"It's fine, I'm just a bag of bones now without any chance to develop further. If I'm bound to go further, it will happen." Jax explained with a wave of his hand.

"Welcome everyone to the Nirvana pavilion that has just been open!"

The crowd was rowdy, but the focus was on the two items.

"What is the legendary elixir and weapon that the Nirvana pavilion acclaims to be selling?"

Laughing, Shawn raised his voice so that everyone present can hear him. "For that, I shall invite guild leader Clarissa and guild leader Arith to share the new product of theirs which would only be sold at the Nirvana pavilion."

With a smile, Clarissa walked up to the stage gracefully. Picking up an elixir placed on the table beforehand.

"The elixir I'll be sharing with everyone today is the Spirit explosion pill, it can temporarily increase the strength of a cultivator up to a staggering forty percent for Martial Masters. After consumption, the effects would last for five minutes with only seventy two hours of fatigue after the effects of the pill dissipates."

"What did she just say?"

"Did she say forty percent?"

"For five minutes?"

"Only fatigue as a drawback after the effects for a short period of time?"

The ones with the biggest reaction were the respective family heads who were mostly at the peak of the Martial Master realms. Their cultivation might be limited due to the lack of talent, which is why this elixir might be the deciding factor to decide the strongest family in this city.

The next were the rogue cultivators that don't belong to any force and rely on the hunting of demon beasts and completing bounty missions for cultivation resources. To these rogue cultivators that were living on the edge, the Spirit explosion pill was an elixir that would save their lives when the worst scenario occurs.

"Miss Clarissa! What's the price already?"

"On behalf of the Sun family, I hereby order a hundred of those elixirs with immediate payment!"

"I'm from the Lim family and I would like to order a hundred of those elixirs as well!"

"What about rogue cultivators like us? Would we be able to afford it?"

Smiling, Clarissa made the announcement with the brightest smile in her life. "The price of the Spirit explosion pill would be 300 spirit stones each. It might not be cheap, but it's definitely affordable to everyone, especially when the minimum requirement of consumption is the Martial Master realm?"

"Does that mean that ordinary cultivators like me that are in the Martial Apprentice realm aren't privileged to such benefits because of our cultivation base being too weak?"

This left Clarissa speechless for only a few moments before she continued to speak once again, "The sales of the weaker version of the Spirit explosion pill would start another three days later, the price would be around eighty spirit stones each."

I need to get that little brat to give me the elixir formula for the weaker version of the Spirit explosion pill.

With just that alone, the crowd settled down as the first day of sales for the elixir started with everyone rushing to the second floor. As for the workers, the alchemist guild and blacksmith guild have deployed their loyal aides to help.

"Since my alchemist guild has made the announcement and introduction of our latest product, I'll now give blacksmith Arith the chance to introduce his product."

Arith stepped onto the stage as he picked up the energy grenade placed on the table and asked, "Can I request for a cultivator of at least the late stage Martial Master realm to come up onto stage?"

"I'll do it." From beneath the stage, a middle aged rogue cultivator jumped onto the stage.

"What do you need me to do?" The rogue cultivator asked as Arith pulled the trigger of the grenade.

"Protect yourself with spirit energy."

The rogue cultivator reacted instinctively as a huge explosion took place before him. His body was sent flying backwards, landing softly on the ground as Jax who was present stopped the momentum secretly.

After a few moments, the rogue cultivator got back on his feet. His face was full of shock and astonishment.

"That grenade just now was capable of killing a middle stage Martial Master cultivator and even a late stage Martial Master who doesn't specialise in defense!"

"What?"

"Doesn't that mean that anyone can use it just by pulling the trigger to kill a Martial Master cultivator?"

"As for the price, it would be 500 spirit stones each!"

Just like this, another uproar started as the respective family heads and rogue cultivators with sufficient wealth rushed into the Nirvana pavilion to make the purchases.

Ace was about to leave when Clarissa, Arith and that youth by the name of Alexander approached him at the same time.

"I need to speak to you."

Charlotte who was by Ace's side only looked at them in curiosity. How is he related to the guild leaders and who is that youth who approached him?
