A Fierce Battle In Front Of Nine Snakes Island: Three Snakes Fight Against The Green Dragon!

The strength of the two combatants was far inferior to Yamato's. Even Yamato herself couldn't match Kaido in a direct confrontation. Together, their combined efforts only managed to match Kaido's power temporarily.

The three jewels on Kaido's chest cracked but were quickly repaired by the beads on either side.

As the two prepared for another attack, Sonia and Mary from the Perfume Serpent joined the fray against Kaido.

Older and more experienced, Sonia and Mary had mastered the Immortal Thieves of Liuku over a longer period. They had both transformed into their human-animal forms.

One wielded a flaming snake knife, with flames dancing along the blade, while the other drew a green snake spear. The spear's handle transformed into a hard thrusting weapon aimed at Kaido.

"Is that all you've got, a little snake? How dare you act so rampant in front of the Qinglong?" Kaido taunted, laughing as he swung his mace.

Despite his taunt, Sonia and Mary managed to withstand Kaido's thunderous Eight Trigrams together.

In Nine Snake Island, without their Devil Fruit abilities, Sonia and Mary were even more formidable than Tianhe! However, the phantom beast species far outclassed the ordinary species, and Kaido's ghost race physique was superior to that of the human race.

The two only managed to hold their ground against Kaido for a brief moment before being pushed back. Yet, they did not use the orbs on their chests.

"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu! This is fascinating!" Kaido exclaimed, clearly impressed. Now, not only was Arias missing, but even Boa Hancock, the master of Nine Snake Island, had yet to make an appearance.

It seemed that only a few cadres were needed to stop him.

Arias, hiding in the clouds, watched the live battle through the insect's perspective, accompanied by Hancock and Salome.

"It seems Sonia and the others have not slacked off in their training. If they can hold their ground against Kaido, they're at the level of an emperor's deputy!" Arias commented.

"Salome, it's time for you to practice your skills," he instructed.

Salome, nodding, jumped from the clouds and transformed into the giant earthly python Jörmungandr, her length comparable to a blue dragon's. Venom poured from her mouth, mixed with the powerful digestive fluid of the Roku Immortal Thief, capable of corroding even Haki.

Kaido noticed the strange movement and did not avoid it. He exhaled a stream of hot breath, causing the flames and venom to cancel each other out.

As Salome neared, she transformed back into her human-animal form. The red beads on her wrists and ankles spread, and black armor enveloped her body.

Sonia jabbed with her spear, while Kaido parried with his iron rod. The spear, though long, was still insufficient against Kaido's massive form.

Boom! Their weapons clashed as Kaido blocked Salome's punch with his dragon claws.

Despite being outnumbered three to one, Kaido remained calm and collected, though winning was proving challenging.

In the sky, an oriole flew overhead, frantically capturing the battle below. This was a reporter from the World Economic News Agency, tasked with gathering news from various locations.

The reporter relayed the information to Robin through Yong Ye, who in turn informed Morgans. This increased Robin's standing in the news agency and bolstered her influence.

Powerful figures like Whitebeard and Charlotte Linlin, with their territories, were not targeted by the World Government due to the cost-effectiveness of attacking them.

"Master Kaido, let me help you!" Jack, a young man slightly taller than Kaido, approached. His body transformed into the human-animal form of a mammoth.

Arias recalled that last time he visited Onigashima, Jack lacked Devil Fruit abilities. After several years, Jack had changed from the same old troublemaker.

"Master Yamato, why must you fight against your father?" Jhin asked.

Yamato responded coldly, "Father? How can a father put a bomb bracelet on his daughter? I will defeat him and help sister Hiyori find Wano!"

Jhin, knowing Yamato's resolve, said no more.

"In that case, let's show our true strength!" Yamato resolved.

Elsewhere, Jack faced off against Kuina.

"This path is blocked!" Kuina declared, a genius in her own right who had even defeated Zoro. Though not a master of the Eight Wonders of Skills, she had rapidly advanced.
