Chapter 115: Suppressed

Tsunade and Roshi's battle continued with them both throwing powerful Jutsu around as if they were nothing.

With the monstrous chakra reserves that they each had, simple things like saving chakra became meaningless to them.

Roshi spewed another monstrous blast of lava toward Tsunade, though she effortlessly countered it with a water attack of equal power.

Tsunade then rushed back at Roshi as she made vines and roots erupt from the ground in an attempt to grasp Roshi.

Roshi jumped away and gained distance, though he began to notice something was wrong, causing him to look back at the heart of his base and see the destruction that the enemies had done to his troops.

Realizing how dangerous the battle was becoming, he knew he had to finish off Tsunade as quickly as possible, causing him to willingly give control of his body to the 4 Tails.

Tsunade saw him begin to transform into the monstrously sized four tails, though instead of stopping it, she allowed him to finish his transformation.

Roshi no longer stood before Tsunade, with him being replaced by a massive red ape that was adorned with 4 Tails.

"FEAR ME, HUMANS!! I AM THE GREAT SAGE EQUALLING HEAVEN, SON GOKU!!" Son Goku announced himself.

Tsunade wasted no time as she body flickered directly beside the face of the monster a delivered a punch with all her chakra, making the Tailed Beast stagger due to the force of the punch.

Tsunade then released what could arguably be called the best counter to a Tailed Beast, the Adamantine Chains.

Tsunade used the chains that erupted from her back to bind Son Goku and allow Tsunade to cast a Jutsu that surpassed the first in terms of power.

"Wood Style: Wood Human Technique!!"

A giant amount of wood began to erupt and take shape as Tsunade jumped on the head of the growing statue.

The stature then took the shape of a woman that seemed to be adorned with a massive sword.

The swords then ignited as Tsunade manipulated the statue to slash Son Goku with the flaming blade.

Son Goku could barely block the attack due to the Adamantine Chains attached to him.

Tsunade manipulated the titan to battle Son Goku while she prepared for the final attack she would use to bring Son Goku down.

Son Goku attempted to free himself from the restraints, with him beginning to charge a massive amount of chakra into his mouth.

Tsunade realized what he was planning, with her knowing how powerful a Tailed Beast Bomb truly is.

Tsunade, still not panicking, manipulated the statue to uppercut Son Goku and keep his head facing upwards, sending the bomb into the sky instead of anywhere that could harm her or the others.

At the same time, Tsunade finished setting up the Fuinjutsu she had been setting up during the battle.

As it activated, Tsunade also made the roots in the ground wrap around Son Goku's limbs and neck, using it to suppress his chakra.

"Fuinjutsu: Great Evil Suppression!!"

Son Goku began to change back into Roshi as the strength of the Tailed Beast began to diminish.

Tsunade panted heavily as she had spent a large amount of chakra when using the last few Jutsu.

Tsunade prepared to finish off Roshi, though she was surprised as multiple Shinobi with Jonin leveled chakra reserves appeared.

Before the battle could continue, Orochimaru, Shiro, and Choma appeared around her to support her in case the battle continued.

However, before the battle could continue, Tsunade manipulated the giant statue to punch the ground between both groups, creating enough cover for Tsunade and her team to retreat.

The remaining Iwa shinobi arrived to find their commander greatly injured and unconscious while the other Jonin tended to him.

"I'm glad we were able to finish any missions without any casualties." Choma said as he ate at their temporary resting place.

"Yes, but we will need to rush back to the base to finish dealing with the last of our troubles." Shiro responded as they sat by each other.

However, Tsunade and Orochimaru stood on a branch, with Tsunade having a feeling that something was wrong.

"Are you sure you are fine, Tsuna?" Orochimaru asked again as he stood beside her.

"I just feel that something bad has happened, Rochi." Tsunade responded.

Even as she slept, Tsunade couldn't shake the feeling that something had happened.

She would know until the next day how correct she was.
