Boring Chapter

After finishing his medical ninjutsu training it was time for him to do his duties. Today was the day some of the people that will be moving into the village would receive their ranks, of course, the people who simply wanted to be civilians didn't have to take this, this would take several days but it had to be done.

Akashi then entered sage mode, after training every day it would only take him one minute before transforming. He also got rid of some of the side effects. He then walked out of the office and headed to the place where the judging would begin.

Once he arrived he created 60 or so clones, while in sage mode he got a huge boost in chakra. He and his clones then told everyone to create 50 lines. After doing so he then put his hand on their shoulder, in sage mode, he could sense chakra very clearly so he knew what level they were at.

Most of them were around a 3star chunin. The most pitiful one was a 30 something-year-old man, he checked his chakra three times just to be sure but it always came up the same, he was barely a 1star genin. AT 30! It was a mystery how he lived so long.

All of the elders from each clan got to jounin, most of them got 3stars. All the clan leader's got 5star jounin, well the big clans at least. The Namikaze elders were all lined up.

Kiriga Namikaze- 3star jounin

Uzato Namikaze- 5star jounin, he was close to being a 1star kage but wasn't there yet

Miyase Namikaze- 3star jounin

Mitaki Namikaze- 2star jounin, close to 3star

Sehoshi Namikaze- 3star jounin

Ributo Namikaze- 4star jounin

Sharu Namikaze- 5star jounin, Akashi assumed it was because of age, but Sharu was close to passing Uzato.

Kenshu Namikaze- 4star jounin

Roatsu Namikaze- 4star jounin

He then met somebody named Moru Kaneko. He read about him in the clan member reports, he was very skilled in taijutsu even for the Kaneko clan. He also created his own technique, just based on the description it sounded like the 8 gates.

"I heard you created your own technique, can you show me?" he then looked at the Kaneko clan head who nodded. He then took in a huge breath and started shouting like Goku. after the screaming was over his eyes turned white and a yellow aura surrounded him. Akashi saw this before, it was from a filler arc in Naruto it was called the Seven Heavenly Breaths, it was like the 8 gates. After seeing this Akashi gave him a 4star jounin rating.

Akashi was happy with the ranks. Mitaki was kinda weak but he was smart so it was fine. Although he still had a lot of people to go he told them to go home because he was tired.

Even though the village wasn't completed yet, the buildings and everything was coming along nicely after it was completed it would probably look more like a city more than a village.

After returning to his office he started to work on a new barrier for once the village was up. This would be for emergencies like if Madara and Hashirama's battle got close to the village Akashi would go to the battle and put the barrier up. But hopefully, it didn't come to that.

Another thing he wanted to implement was security, a huge problem with the hidden leaf was security, people would just walk in and nobody would say or do anything. The attack during the chunin exams could have never happened if they would have had sensory ninjas.

So Akashi would gather all sensory ninjas and their job would be to sense all around the village and take note of people coming in and going out.
